Who's responsible for moving furniture?
Contractor will be responsible for moving furniture necessary for proper installation

Is phasing required? Intent of the Government is to have each wing completed prior to moving to the next wing. Government also understands that some lapse may occur between wings. It is not the intent to have all three floors in construction simultaneously.

Is there a place to store materials? Contractor will be responsible for providing storage necessary.
Government will not provide areas.

What are the work days and hours? Typical work hours are Monday thru Friday: 9am -4pm. Government will consider accommodating work hours outside this time if requested by awarded Contractor.

Can you confirm the specs for the carpet and cove base wanted?
Specifications can be found in the SOW on Pages 7-9.

Can scaled diagrams be provided to get accurate measurements?
Scaled drawing 1/8” = 1' provided.
Contractor responsible for field verifying all distances and quantities needed.

Are there areas available to put multiple dumpsters?
The Government will provide areas for dumpsters to be placed.
