About this file

This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) addendum for Request for Quote (RFQ) W912L7-25-Q-1613 for a Three-Person Workstation with Electrical Monitor Lift Systems. The Q&A provides clarifying details about the workstation procurement, including confirmation that the room is located on the ground floor with ramp access, electrical wiring will come from the raised floor, and a loading dock is available for equipment delivery. The government is not requesting contractors to provide CPUs, radios, printers, phones, or to remove existing furniture.

The associated federal contract opportunity is a small business set-aside solicitation by the Tennessee Army National Guard for a three-person workstation to support its Joint Emergency Operations Center in Nashville, TN. The procurement requires a workstation with specific technical specifications, including high-pressure laminate work surfaces, dimmable task lights, electrical lift systems, monitor mounts, and specific dimensional requirements. Offers are due by 15 July 2025 at 10:00 AM CST, with a preferred delivery timeframe of 30-60 calendar days after award. The contract will be awarded on a Firm Fixed Price basis, with evaluation criteria including technical compliance, pricing, and past performance.
