MEMORANDUM FOR RECORD
SUBJECT: MINUTES OF PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE AND SITE VISIT, SOLICITATION
W912L7-18-B-7004, REPAIR OVERHEAD DOORS BASE WIDE
Date: 6 June 2018, 0900 - 0940
1. The list of contractors attending the meeting is shown on the attached sign-in sheet. The following Government representatives attended the subject meeting:

2. The following items were discussed during the Pre-proposal Conference:
a. CMSgt Lusby provided an over view of the solicitation requirements to attendees. (Power Point presentation attached)
b. CMSgt Lusby discussed submission of questions and that contractors should not ask the Architect and Engineering firm questions.
c. CMSgt Lusby pointed out that any reference to Additive Bid Items (ABI) would NOT be included in the pricing.
d. Major Barrett discussed the scope of the project.
3. Questions must be submitted in writing via email, especially technical questions to:
richard.m.lusby.mil@mail.mil. DO NOT CONTACT the Design Engineers or the Government Engineers.
All questions must be routed through the Contracting Office. All Contractor questions when answered will be posted to FedBiz Ops. If a question arises that will result in a change to the plans or specifications, an official amendment will be issued. All correspondence, questions and answers, amendments etc. will be issued via email.
4. Any amendments that are issued will posted to FedBiz Ops. Contractors were advised to check the website frequently.
5. The pre-proposal conference and site visit concluded at 0940 hours.
