Text version
All visitors to the Tulsa Air National Guard Base that do not have a current Common Access Card or Visitor’s Badge needs to complete the following steps for base access:
1) Prior to your site visit, bid opening or work on base go to http://dbids.dmdc.mil/#!/ and follow the steps to Pre-Enroll in the system. This will greatly speed up the process of base access. If this step is not followed you will still be able to access the base but it could take up to or exceed 15 minutes which is significantly longer than if you pre-enroll.
2) When it is time for your site visit, bid opening or work on base drive you will go to the following address to access the base:
4200 N 93rd E Ave Tulsa, OK 74115
3) Upon your arrival at base you will provide a Driver’s License or other Government issued ID to the gate personnel who will provide a visitor’s access badge.
4) If you are here for a site visit the contracting office will arrive to the gate at the designated site visit time to escort you the rest of the way for the site visit.
If you are here for a sealed bid opening the contracting office will arrive at the gate to pick up sealed bid packages at a time to ensure the packages are in the government’s possession prior to the time bids are due. The contracting office will then escort you the rest of the way on base to the site of the sealed bid opening.
