Question 1: Is there a soap requirement?
Answer 1: No requirements.
Question 2: What is the common frustration that is seen for getting the linen cleaned?
Answer 2: Getting items from other company’s that don’t belong to us. Having to get it back to the vendor to return it to the correct owner.
Question 3: Is it always sorted?
Answer 3: Yes. We sort it before we give it to the vendor to clean. Like items with like items. For example, wash clothes is one bundle. Hand towels are another bundle.
Question 4: We noticed that there is light brown and tan items, is that part of the laundry service as well?
Answer 4: Yes. Because we order the items through the military required site, they may not have white available, so we picked a light color.
Question 5: We see that there are these large blue bins that the items are stored in. Are these your or do we have to provide the bins as well? If so how many?
Answer 5: You will have to provide the bins to store the items. We do not own them they will have to be returned to the company. Please provide 6 bins.
Question 6: What is built in the price?
Answer 6: The bins, dirty linen bags, delivery and pick up, and cleaning.
Question 7: What are the times for drop off and pick up?
Answer 7: It is in the PWS day and times.
Question 8: Is there a format for invoicing? Or is it ok to use the invoice for tracking how much comes in and how much is laundered. Or do you have a spreadsheet that has to be used?
Answer 8: Invoicing is how your company designs the invoice, but it must be uploaded into WAWF in order to receive payment. We can use the invoice for tracking what comes in and goes out. The spreadsheet that we use next to the storage room to track what goes out and what come in is our own personal tracking.
Question 9: Is it three hours from the time we get it to our facility to report it to you for damaged linen?
Answer 9: Yes. If you don’t report it and you return it to use, and we go through it and notice the damage we will assume it’s on your side and we will contact you to let you know that we found damaged linen and the cost to replace it.
Question 10: Is everything bagged and tagged?
Answer 10: Yes. We bag everything and tag the bags. When the pickup happens, it’s communicated number and items in each bag and the tag goes on the bag.

Answer 11: There is only one building L4530.
