CONTRACT NUMBER:

Attachment 02

Environmental Consulting and Training Services, Inc (ECATS) NJANG, AMP, Atlantic City, NJ

Building 52: Building 52 is the Supply & Equipment Building constructed in 1963 with a total floor space of 20,454 sq. ft.

All suspect ACM identified in the previous survey (1994) was removed during a complete renovation conducted in 1999 (See Attachment 1 ).

The ECATS walk-through inspection in 2012 did not identify any potential ACM. This building was therefore determined to be asbestos free.

Building 65: Building 65 is the Grounds Maintenance Building (formerly the Vehicle Ops Parking Shed) constructed in 1943 with a total floor space of 7825 sq. ft.

Homogeneous Areas:

The previous survey in 1994 identified three potential ACM homogeneous areas (See Attachment 1 ).

1. Transite siding and trim (assumed to be ACM)

2. 12 x 12 light brown floor tile (negative for ACM)

3. Floor tile mastic under light brown floor tile (negative for ACM)

The ECATS walk-through inspection in 2012 revealed an additional potential ACM homogeneous area.

4. Drop in ceiling tile of unknown date and origin •

Homogeneous Area #4 Three samples 65-01, 65-02, and 65-03 were taken. The results of the sample analyses were negative for asbestos. This indicated that the drop in ceiling tile is considered NON-ACM.

Recommended Action: All ACM remains in good condition and does not pose a threat, therefore no immediate action is required. The material should be included in the recurring preventive maintenance program in which inspections are made every six months or as needed. If the condition of the ACM deteriorates, repair or removal should be performed Removal must be considered if demolition or renovation projects will affect this material.

Building 137: Building 137 is the Services Flight building (formerly the Base Photo Lab) constructed in 1985 with a total floor space of 4000 sq. ft.

Homogeneous Areas:

The previous survey in 1994 identified two potential ACM homogeneous areas (See Attachment 1 ).

1. 12 x 12 blue floor tile (negative for ACM)

2. Floor tile mastic under blue floor tile (2% Chrysotile)

The ECATS walk-through inspection in 2012 revealed an additional potential ACM homogeneous area.

Building 220: Building 220 is the Vehicle Maintenance shop constructed in 1963 with a total floor space of 800 sq. ft.

The previous survey in 1994 did not identify any suspect materials (See Attachment 1 ).

The ECA TS walk-through inspection in 2012 did not identify any potential ACM. This building was therefore determined to be asbestos free.

Building 229: Building 229 is the Family Support Building (formerly the Base Supply and Equipment Warehouse) constructed in 1980 with a total floor space of 7 ,680 sq. ft.

Homogeneous Areas:

The previous survey in 1994 identified three potential ACM homogeneous areas (See Attachment 1 ).

1. 12 x 12 brown/red streaked floor tile (negative for ACM)

2. Floor tile mastic under the brown/red streaked floor tile (10% Chrysotile)

3. 12 x 12 dark brown spotted floor tile (negative for ACM)

The ECATS walk-through inspection in 2012 revealed an additional potential ACM homogeneous area.

4. Sprayed on wall insulation of unknown date and origin

Homogeneous Area #4 Three samples 229-01, 229-02, and 229-03 were taken. The results of the sample analyses were negative for asbestos. This indicated that the sprayed on wall insulation is considered NON-ACM.

Recommended Action: All ACM remains in good condition and does not pose a threat, therefore no immediate action is required. The material should be included in the recurring preventive maintenance program in which inspections are made every six months or as needed.
