This is a Standard Form 30 Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract for a project to replace HVAC systems and conduct miscellaneous repairs at the 12900 Block (19 Barracks & 3 Latrines). The solicitation (W912JM26QA001) is issued by the W7M3 USPFO Activity GA ARNG, with an effective date of 17 Nov 2025. A past performance volume must be included, detailing relevant contracts from the past 3 years. Submissions must include a completed Standard Form 1449, with unit prices in two decimal positions, and verification of representations and certifications in SAM.gov. The National Guard Bureau will handle any potential protests through their Agency Protest Program.
