About this file
This file is a Questions and Answers document for Solicitation W912JM26QA001, a project involving HVAC system replacement for 22 buildings at Fort Stewart. The document addresses two key industry questions: first, a request for drawings referenced in the Statement of Work (SOW), which were initially missing from the solicitation package; second, details about the site visit scheduled for 25 November 2025 at 10:00am at building 10537.
The site visit requires specific access procedures, including obtaining a visitors pass from the main gate at Fort Stewart. Visitors must bring a valid driver's license and proof of insurance. The project is being managed by the Department of the Army Georgia Army National Guard, and involves replacing HVAC systems across multiple buildings in the 12900 block. The solicitation has been updated to include the drawings and incorporate industry questions, ensuring potential bidders have complete information for proposal preparation.

Questions from Industry
1. In reference to Solicitation# W912JM26QA001, Item #17 in the Revised SOW states that “there are eleven (11) sheets of drawings that accompany this project”. However, there were no drawings provided with the solicitation package. Respectfully request the referenced drawings for this project be provided.
Drawings should have been provided with the solicitation. Without the drawings, the scope of work does not accurately identify and/or clearly define the work to be accomplished. Drawings (in pdf format) are attached. If the solicitation does not include the drawings, an addendum to the solicitation needs to be incorporated to add the drawings.
2. Can you please share what time on the 25th the site visit will be held, and what the access process would be to the base.
