About this file

This document is an Amendment (Amendment 3) to Solicitation W912JF25RA001 for Lodging and Transportation Management Services at the National Guard Professional Education Center (PEC) at Camp Joseph T. Robinson in North Little Rock, Arkansas. The amendment modifies two sections of the Performance Work Statement (PWS): section 5.2 and section 3.3.1.4, specifically removing language about contractor-provided housekeeping equipment and adding text about equipment replacement responsibilities.

The amendment includes clarifications from previous questions and answers, addressing topics such as shuttle transportation schedules, airport pickup services, site visit procedures, and contractor responsibilities. Key details include shuttle services operating from Thursday to Monday with specific departure times, airport pickups available 24/7, and the current services being provided by SRM Group under contract W912JF20C0002. The government indicates that potential site visits can be requested by March 14, 2025, with visits to be completed by March 21, 2025, though site visit attendance is not mandatory for submitting an offer.

5. Can the government please clarify if any potential moving of furniture for repair or replacement purposes is the responsibility of the Contractor?

As stated in the Performance Work Statement section 3.3.1.5 and 3.3.1.6:

3.3.1.6 “The government reserves the right to replace any furniture or other equipment during the contract period, with the government paying the cost. The contractor shall be required to assist in the installation of these items, and removal of the associated old items, to include moving items to/from the PEC Warehouse. The government will provide additional vehicles and drivers for this, if required.”

6. Is the Contractor responsible for providing moving trucks and other material handling equipment, or will the PEC Service Division provide the necessary handling equipment?

5.11.7 of the Performance Work Statement has been updated to read: “The contractor shall have the ability to respond within an hour, 24 hours a day, with shuttle service from PEC to Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport to facilitate pickups and drop-offs for delayed flights.”

As stated in 5.11.6 of the Performance Work Statement, “Scheduled pick-up times at airport are Sunday and Monday beginning at 0800 and concluding at 2300. Departure times are Thursday to Friday, from 0345 to 2300. This schedule is subject to change based on the needs of PEC.”
