Describe your firm’s willingness to meet Japanese and U.S. Forces Japan international travel and quarantine requirements to participate in a bidders’ site visit, tentatively planned on/about 15 December 202111 February 2022. Currently, U.S. Force Japan does not have the ability to support international travelers and interested parties will be required to abide by Japanese immigration policies. As with all site visits, the U.S. Government will not reimburse potential bidders/offerors for any/all costs incurred. The Government of Japan makes no distinction between vaccinated and unvaccinated travelers in its COVID-related entry requirements.
