About this file
This document contains a wage determination and a federal contract opportunity for elevator maintenance services. The wage determination sets the minimum hourly wages for elevator repairers and related fringe benefits including health and welfare, vacation pay, holidays, pension, educational fund and 401k contributions that must be paid by the contractor.
The federal contract opportunity is a request for quote from the Department of the Army Corps of Engineers to provide maintenance services for elevators located at various buildings on the Humphreys Engineer Center. The small business set-aside contract requires the contractor to perform both scheduled and unscheduled repair and maintenance of passenger and freight elevators. The contractor must be able to self-perform monthly maintenance and meet emergency repair call response times. At least five years of relevant experience and proper licensing are required. The anticipated award is a firm fixed-price purchase order for one base year.
