About this file

This document provides details for two Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOCs) to be awarded by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Engineering District Charleston. The MATOCs are for general construction services with an emphasis on fire protection at Defense Distribution Depots supported by the Defense Logistics Agency Installation Support for Distribution. MATOC A will cover facilities east of the Mississippi River and MATOC B will cover facilities west of the river. The Corps intends to award five contractors for each MATOC pool. Task orders will generally range from the simplified acquisition threshold to $20 million but may occasionally be outside this range. Only firm-fixed price task orders will be allowed. The total capacity of $49.5 million will be equally divided between the two MATOC pools. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The submission due date and award date are not specified in the document.
