MEMORANDUM FOR RECORD

SUBJECT: Design/Build Construction, SATOC, W912HN19R3000, AMD 0007

This memorandum is hereby furnished to provide an explanation to address the absence of AMD 0007 for the subject solicitation. Due to multiple technical issues with PD2, two previous amendments numbers were changed by the system during the PD2 release process which required DA level resolution and resulted in lengthy issuance delays.

During the release process for AMD 0007, the amendment number was changed by PD2 to AMD 0008. In order to reduce delay time and potentially resolve the PD2 system renumbering issue, the decision was made to move forward with the amendment issuance with no changes to the system generated amendment number of AMD 0008.
