About this file
This document contains Industry Questions related to a federal contract opportunity for the construction of a Munitions Storage Area (MSA) at Powidz Air Base in Poland. The U.S. Government is considering contract payment in U.S. dollars or Euro, and is also considering requiring a U.S. Treasury-backed performance and payment bond. Interested contractors are instructed to submit any technical inquiries or other questions via the ProjNet Bidder Inquiry system, where they must register as a user to view and submit questions. The Government reserves the right to decline addressing certain questions. The associated federal contract opportunity is for a construction Design-Bid-Build (DBB) Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract with an anticipated magnitude between $100,000,000 and $250,000,000. The contract will be an unrestricted action under full and open competitive conditions, with only firms from the 29 NATO member nations permitted to participate. Small and Small Disadvantaged Business requirements are waived for this OCONUS project.
