About this file
This document contains industry questions regarding a federal contract opportunity for the construction of a Munitions Storage Area (MSA) at Powidz Air Base in Poland. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is considering contract payment in U.S. dollars or Euros, as well as requiring a U.S. Treasury-backed performance and payment bond. Interested firms are instructed to submit technical inquiries through the ProjNet system, and are requested to review the specification and Q&A before submitting new inquiries. The anticipated contract will be a design-bid-build, firm-fixed-price contract with a 1020-calendar day performance period. The estimated contract value is between $100-250 million. This will be an unrestricted action open to firms from North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) member nations only. Small and small disadvantaged business requirements are waived for this OCONUS project.
