About this file

This document package includes reference drawings and hydrologic information for the Fargo Moorhead Metropolitan Area Flood Risk Management Project, Southern Embankment Reach SE-2A opportunity. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul District is soliciting bids for construction of the SE-2A embankment, which will extend approximately 1-3/4 miles north from a point east of the intersection of County Roads 16 and 17. The fixed-price contract is valued between $10-25 million and has a North American Industry Classification System code of 237990 for other heavy and civil engineering construction. The solicitation is a total small business set-aside and responses are due through the Federal Business Opportunities website. The reference drawings and hydrologic information provide rating curves, flow frequency analyses, and elevation data from 1942-2017 to support design of the flood risk management project.
