TL 5.4 PM TASK-FREQ

SECTION B - PM PRICING
Updated 10/27/2016
PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE - (Includes all labor, travel, clean up and any other support necessary to complete preventive maintenance IAW this TL 5-4.1 Task & Frequency Chart and as indicated in manufacturers recommendations. (Provide costs by equipment type. Assumes 1 person and .25 hr travel time.)
NOTE: Some tasks shown below may be performed during more than one PM frequency. This will affect the PM Task/Year count by Frequency. (i.e. "Change filters and belts." may appear under Bi-Monthly as a task for that frequency and then appear again under Annually as a task for that frequency. Because this Bi-monthly task is being accomplished under the Annual frequency, one less PM Task/Year will be counted under the Bi-Monthly.
NOTE: While performing Preventive Maintenance, report to the Government Work Reception Center at the time of discovery any deficiency requiring repair that is not part of the scheduled PM or that cannot be corrected at the time of the PM.
