QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

Questions and Answers

W912EP-12-R-0026

Quality Assurance Services 27 August 2012

1. Will there be any COI or consideration (positive/negative) by the Selection Committee regarding submissions for the similar contract within the boundaries of the state of Florida Solicitation Number: W912EP-12-R-0019?

Answer: No, there is no conflict of interest nor is there any consideration, either positive or negative, given to an offeror who has proposed on another Jacksonville District Quality Assurance Services requirement.

2. Exhibit A Disaster Recovery Quality Assurance pg. 135 of 189 Number of Personnel Units Projects states FY2015 after FY2016. Can you please clarify that FY2017 is the correct year and that Total Number of Persons is accurate. Same for page 138 of 189.

Answer: This is correct. A typographical error was made. The correct heading should read FY2017, not FY2015. The estimated quantities are correct.

3. Is this a new or follow on requirement?

Answer: While this is considered to be a new requirement, similar services are being performed by CCI Solutions, LLC of Augusta, ME. The contract award was for $4,000,000 and was for 5 years.
