About this file

This document is an Amendment of Solicitation for Clear Space Force, AK - Building 218 Dormitory Appliances (RFQ W912DY-25-Q-0300). The amendment extends the solicitation closing date to September 12, 2025, and provides responses to vendor questions regarding the project. The solicitation seeks procurement of five specific appliances for a new construction dormitory: a refrigerator, microwave convection oven, washing machine, dryer, and ice machine.

The appliance requirements include detailed specifications for each item. The refrigerator must be counter-depth with 14.7 cu. ft. capacity, the microwave convection oven must be built-in with a trim kit and 1.6 cu. ft. capacity, the washing machine requires a minimum 5 cu. ft. capacity and commercial rating, the dryer needs 7 cu. ft. capacity and 208V 3-phase power compatibility, and the ice machine must produce at least 358 lbs. of ice per 24 hours with a 160-200 lb. storage bin. All appliances have specific dimensional, functional, and warranty requirements, with most requiring a minimum 1-year warranty and having preferences for stainless steel or matching metallic finishes.
