8624469 General L.5 Proposal Preparation Comment Classification: Unclassified\\For Official Use Only (U\\FOUO)

1. Solicitation section L.5.3 states "Smaller fonts are permitted on areas of the proposal that will not easily accommodate 12-point font and limited to illustrations, organization charts, and supporting data exhibits." Please clarify what is meant by "supporting data exhibits" – does this include tables and graphics?

2. The Experience Reporting Form requires 23 elements and basically fills two pages just with the questions posed on the form and the maximum number of pages for each form that the RFP currently allows is 2 or 3 pages...please either consider increasing the page limit of this section (Volume I, Tab A) to 15-20 pages or allow a 9-point font to be used in this section.

3. Solicitation section L.5.1 Proposal Volumes lists page counts for each Tab in the Technical Experience/Capability Volume. A limit of 10 pages each for the Technical and Management Approaches using a 12-point font is very restrictive and challenging to provide the amount of information required by USACE, e.g., the technical approach requires us to address at least 12 items plus multiple items to respond to the sample task. Please consider allowing 15-20 pages each for the Technical and Management Approaches.

4. The Experience Reporting Forms – can the format of this form be enhanced or modified to improve readability for the reviewers?

On: Jun 06 2020.

Government Response. . We do not answer multiple questions. In the future, please submit each question separately.

1. Yes. "Supporting data exhibits" includes tables and graphics.
