About this file

This document package includes an estimated quantities spreadsheet, proposed maximum indirect rates spreadsheet, and solicitation for a facilities reduction program multiple award task order contract for the North East Region.

The estimated quantities spreadsheet outlines the labor categories and estimated hours needed over the five-year period for home office and field positions. Pricing is in fully burdened hourly rates, with assumptions that the contractor will work continuously and subcontract all work other than home office labor. The proposed maximum indirect rates spreadsheet lists the proposed escalation, overhead, G&A, and loaded hourly labor rates for the base period and four option periods. The solicitation seeks demolition and abatement services for small to very large facilities and associated contaminants. The Army Corps of Engineers is seeking these services to support its facilities reduction program in the North East Region through the award of indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contracts.
