FACTOR 1 – RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
Acceptable: Quoter provides up to three (3) examples of projects current within six (6) years of similar size, scope and complexity as the solicitation. Work may be as a prime or subcontractor. Example projects must have point of contact information to include POC name, current phone number, and email address. Defined projects of similar size, scope and complexity can include (but not limited to): providing janitorial services in large commercial facilities such as hospitals, schools, office parks, large square footage campuses/industrial spaces."
Unacceptable: Quoter fails to provide up to three (3) example projects. And/Or example projects are not within the required six (6) years. And/Or example projects are not of a similar size, scope, and complexity as the solicitation.

FACTOR 2 – ABILITY TO OBTAIN QUALIFIED PERSONNEL
Acceptable: The Contractor’s quote shall demonstrate the ability to source qualified personnel for the work. This shall be demonstrated by the Quoter supplying signed letters of commitment, (See document at end of this solicitation), from individuals who will be employed under this solicitation, and who the Quoter believes will be able to pass the security requirements as detailed in the Performance Work Statement.
Unacceptable: The Quoter fails to include a signed letter of commitment from individuals who will be employed under this solicitation.
FACTOR 3 – PAST PERFORMANCE

A past performance questionnaire, (see document provided at end of this solicitation), is to be filled out by both the Contractor and their customer for each project submitted within the Contractor’s quote.
