The following questions and answers are provided for informat ion only. Nothing contained below amends or revises any provision of the solicitation. This is fo r bidder’s reference only, and is not to be considered as a part of the Contract Documents.
RFI S ET #1:
Question #1: Charter respectfully requests a 2-week extension from bid opening to February 7th to prepare the most competitive b id for the Government.
Ans wer #1: Bid opening has been rescheduled
Question #2: After review of the So licitation and its attachments, Charter was unable to locate a site visit date. Will the Government be holding a site visit, and if not, is it possible for our team to request a visit to the site?
Ans wer #2: The Government has no plans to hold a site visit. The site is however can be partially viewed from Gulf Avenue.
Question #3: Will the Government provide the Microstation/CAD?
Ans wer #3: No
Question #4: Has the New York Department of Transportation reviewed the use of “Drainage Structure In let Protection – Temporary (Modified for this Project)”? Utilizing this detail within an active roadway may pose a hazard to the public.
Ans wer #4: The NYCDOT stated that it prefers an inlet filter bag type of protection for existing inlets. Sheet GC- 501, Construction Details and Soil Erosion & Sed iment Control Details, has been amended to show this type of inlet structure protection. Additionally, the appropriate sub-sections of the specifications (Section 31 32 12 – Soil Erosion and Sediment Control) been revised to reflect this change. The filter bag inlet protection must conform to NYSDOT Item 209.12, Inlet Filter Control for Existing Catch Basins.
Question #5: Can the 45 day waiting requirement after the herbicide applicat ion and before the excavation period be waived if the Project Biologist determines during a site inspection that the plantings have sufficiently been neutralized?
Ans wer #5: No.
Question #6: If the project is completed in less than 365 days and the Government deems the project “Substantially Complete”, does the 2-year maintenance period end 730 days after the substantial complet ion date, or is the contractor required to maintain the project for the duration of the subcontract, up to the completion of the 1100 Days period?
Ans wer #6: Specifications have been revised to indicate the following:
The guarantee/maintenance period begins with Government acceptance of a planted area, shall cover two growing seasons, and ends on October 15. For material where acceptance of planted areas occurs before June 15, the growing season that the plant material was installed shall be counted as the first growing season and the guarantee/maintenance period shall end on October 15 o f the following year. For material where acceptance of planted areas occurs after June 15, the growing season that the plant material was installed shall not be counted as the first growing season and the guarantee/maintenance period shall end on October 15 of the year that is two years after the year of acceptance. The dates of planting for all plant material must conform to the planting windows indicated in Paragraph 3.2.1 Planting Periods of this section.
Question #7: Will the Government please provide the project planting window? We assume it will be Spring of 2018 but would like to confirm.
Ans wer #7: A ll areas will p lanted in Spring 2018. Specifications have been amended to indicate this.
Question #8: The spacing for the Spartina Altern iflora in the low marsh and the plugs in the high marsh are listed as 18” on center on the plant schedule; however, the specifications detail the spacing at 24” on center. Which spacing measurement will be utilized to price the project?
Ans wer #8: The correct spacing for herbaceous plant material is 24” on center for low marsh (spartina altern iflora) and transition zone (spartina alterniflora, spartina patens and distichlis spicata), and 1 foot on center for high marsh (spartina patens, distichlis spicata, spartina cynosurides and Juncus gerardii) Sheet # L-502, Planting Details, has been revised to show this updated spacing (Amendment 4).
Question #9: Is monitoring required during the winter months for the herbivory fencing?
Ans wer #9: Yes
Question #10: Are weekly maintenance site inspections required to be completed by the Project Biologist?
Ans wer #10: Weekly maintenance site inspections shall be conducted by the Project Site Supervisor – Wetland Ecologist in coord ination with the Contracting Officer Representative.
Question: #11: Is chain-link security fencing required to be in p lace for the duration of the maintenance period?
Ans wer #11: The chain – link security fence is a permanent feature that shall remain after the maintenance period and shall be installed as a permanent fence.
RFI S ET #2:
Question #1: (Clarification of the term “Perimeter (Deer) Fence” on Sheet L-501 was requested
Ans wer #1: Please refer to SECTION 01 56 10 Page 1, Part 2 PRODUCTS
RFI S ET #3:
Question #1: Several items in the proposal (i.e . 0004, 0005, 0006, etc.) list only an item with no quantity and no unit. These items are then fo llowed by other items with similar descriptions which do list a quantity and unit (i.e.
0004AA, 0005AE, 0006AA). Are the items with NO quantities to be priced?
Ans wer #1: These ID numbers serve as headers only and are not to be priced.
RFI S ET #4:
Question #1: Several items appear to repeat the exact same requirements (items 0006AB, 0015, 0016, 0017, 0018, 0019, 0020, 0021, and 0022). The only differences seem to be the listed quantity. Can you please exp lain the differences and clarify the items?
Ans wer #1: 0004AB represents the base bid item for SITE CLEARING AND GRUBBING: NON-HAZARDOUS MATERIAL WITH REGULATORY EXCEEDANCES (BASE). Items 0012 through 0014 represent optional items for additional quantities of the same activity.
0006AB represents the base bid item fo r EARTHW ORK: DISPOSAL OF EXCAVATED MATERIAL UNSUITABLE FOR UPLAND PLACEMENT (BASE). Items 0015 through 0018 represent optional items for additional quantities of the same activity.
0006AC represents the base bid item fo r EARTHW ORK: DISPOSAL OF NON-HAZARDOUS MATERIAL WITH REGULATORY EXCEEDANCES. Items 0019 through 0022 represent optional items for addit ional quantities of the same activ ity.
Optional items for the same activity (with slight variations in quantity were included to address possible variat ions in the final quantity of these items.
RFI S ET #5:
Question #1:
1. Division 022310 Clearing and Grubbing existing vegetation and debris
A. Based on Fall Herbicide application and 45 day delay post application, pro ject clearing and grubbing will fall sometime mid-December (middle of winter), Does this mean contract works resumes (clearing and grubbing ) during early spring 2018? Did agency considered these delays in determining overall contact duration?
Ans wer #1: Sequence of activities has been considered. Herbicide application should take place in August and clearing and grubbing activities around end of September. This will allow excavation activit ies to begin despite the onset of cold weather. It is the contractor’s responsibility to have the site prepared to accept plantings at the appropriate spring seasonal windows.
Question #2: Division 022310 Clearing and Grubbing existing vegetation and debris Specifications refer to min imum 6” deep grubbing of the entire (in addit ion to 18” around “designated locations” (identified presence of nonhazardous soil with regulatory exceedance). However, specs also refer to removing additional depths up to to 18” to completely remove phragmites and knotweed root matter. Based on our recent site visit it appears entire site is fu ll of phragmites /knot weeds growth. Does contractor needs to assume entire site to be grubbed/stripped 18” (instead 6” depth)?
Ans wer #2: Specifications have been amended. Required depth for the combined activ ities of stripping and grubbing in total is 9 inches across the whole site expect for those areas with NON-HAZARDOUS MATERIAL WITH REGULATORY EXCEEDANCES (as indicated by soil borings shown on Sheet C-102, Excavation Plan), where the depth shall be 18 inches.
Question #3: Our previous experience indicates well grown phragmites root structure go much deeper than 18” into the soil. If root structure goes deeper than 18”, contractor should leave roots and proceed with project grading/fill operation?
Ans wer #3: Yes, the specified depth for stripping/grubbing is 9 inches, with exceptions noted above. Control of Phragmites will be accomplished through a number of measures including post-construction herbicide application.
Stripping/Grubbing is one of these measures.
Question #4: Finally, if 18” soil is stripped over the entire sie , p roject needs significant quantity of fill material to bring site “back to grade” (prior to sand placement). Does Contractor should include Costs of furnishing/placing and grading fill in the contract unit item #004AA: Clearing and Grubbing?
Ans wer #4: The Costs of furnishing/placing and grading fill – excavated material suitable for onsite placement – should be included in Payment Item # 0006AA - UNCLASSIFIED EXCAVATION AND ON-SITE PLACEMENT.
Low marsh, transition zone and high marsh elevations must be graded to design elevations. These area should therefore be graded to design elevations less 6 inches, using onsite borrowed fill as necessary. Upland areas designated for regrading may however vary in final elevations. If less (or more) excavated material than anticipated is available after the grad ing of low marsh, transition zone and high marsh, the contractor shall adjust the final upland elevations and grades in consultation with the COR.
Question #5: Sect ion 3100 Clean Sand imported measured in place Per specifications, sand imported to be paid on onsite measurements. Existing soil conditions indicates that there will be significant settlement of subsurface during the sand placement operation. We are concerned that almost 50 % of sand will be lost in settlement. Instead on contractor assuming settlement losses (pricing into the bid price). Is it acceptable to be the agency to change the method of payment to material delivered (on truck tickets)? This would reduce amount of risk which would result in a reasonable bid price.
Ans wer #5: Specifications have been revised to clarify that settlement should be mit igated using additional onsite borrowed fill as needed. As noted above, prior to the imported clean fill, all areas expect upland areas shall be graded to design elevations less 6 inches. The contractor shall seek to address settlement issues through the proper compaction of onsite borrowed fill prior to the importing of clean fill.
The method of payment will not be changed.
Question #6: Several of the vendors (disposal facilit ies) are still working on a reasonable price to accept vegetative debris. We are concerned bid date of Jan 24 2017 being too close, it will be very helpful if agency extends the bid date by at least week or so.
Ans wer #6: Bid Opening has been rescheduled.
RFI S ET #6:
Question #1: We have a question regarding the site clearing and grubbing item for the above referenced project.
There are references on the drawings for minimum removal depths of 6” and 9”, and the requirement for removal up to 18 inches deep is very ambiguous. The volume of the grubbed material cannot be determined based on this informat ion and we will have to assume the full 18 inches to be safe. The quantity of the available fill on site could also be affected, requiring imported fill to make up for the additionally removed material. This may add unneeded to cost to our bid and make us non-competitive. It appears that there was a cut/fill analysis performed during the design and a quantity was assumed for the grubbed material. Would it be possible to create a CY bid item for the grubbed material, using that assumed value in your earthwork analysis as the quantity? That would be the fairest for both the contractors and USACE, in the event that more, or less, has to be removed.
Ans wer #1: Specifications have been amended. Required depth for the combined activ ities of stripping and grubbing is 9 inches across the whole site expect for those areas with NON-HAZARDOUS MATERIAL WITH REGULATORY EXCEEDANCES, where the depth shall be 18 inches. No separate bid item will be created for grubbed material.
RFI S ET #7:
Question #1 : I have read the specifications and the way I understand them is that item 0006AA covers the excavation of all materials after clearing and grubbing. Item 0006AC covers the special handling and upland disposal of contaminated materials to be removed under the excavation item. (2,000cy).
If that is the case, can you please clarify the intent of optional items 19 through 22 as they relate to item 006AC?
Ans wer #1: The above interpretation is correct with regard to items 0006AA and 0006AC.
Optional items 0019 through 0022 are for the same activ ity as Item 0006AC and are included to address possible variations in the final quantity of this items. In other words, if a volume of material greater than 2,000 cu yd needs to be disposed of offsite, one or more of the options will be exercised. This same logic applies to base bid item
0004AB (SITE CLEARING AND GRUBBING: NON-HAZARDOUS MATERIAL WITH REGULATORY
EXCEEDANCES (BASE)) and optional items Items 0012 through 0014 as well as base bid item 0006AB
(EARTHWORK: DISPOSAL OF EXCAVATED MATERIAL UNSUITABLE FOR UPLAND PLACEMENT
(BASE)) and Items 0015 through 0018
RFI S ET #8:
Question #1: Sheet L-101 references a Grassland Seed Mixture (2.1 acres). What is this seed mix? I only see the Maritime Scrub/Shrub Seed Mixture specified in Specification Section 32 92 19.
Ans wer #1: Sheet L-101, “Planting Plan,” has been revised to show the seed mixture as “Maritime Scrub-Shrub Seed Mixture.”
Question #2: Sheet L-502 references an “Add’l seeded area outside design footprint” (2.1 acres) to be seeded with the Maritime Scrub/Shrub Seed Mixture. Is this the same 2.1 acres mentioned in the question above / shown on Sheet L-101? If so, which seed mixture is to be applied here since the two sheets contradict.
Ans wer #2: Yes, it is the same 2.1 acres as in Sheet L-101, which has been revised. Sheet L-502 is correct and has not been revised.
Question #3: Under what line item should we put pricing for the above-mentioned seed mixture(s)? Bid Item No.
0005AE is only for the Maritime Scrub/Shrub Seed Mixture in the Scrub-Shrub area (7.9 acres).
Ans wer #3: The b id schedule has been revised to reflect the correct total area to be seeded with Maritime Scrub- Shrub Seed Mixture: 10.0 acres. (7.9 acres + 2.1 acres = 10.0 acres)
Question #4: What is the retainage on this project?
Ans wer #4: related retainages are indicated in SECTION 01 12 00.00 18 DESIGN AND RECORD DRAWING REQUIREMENTS “CADD standard”.
Question #5: Is the Contractor permitted to block the tidal flow from the work area by blocking the mouth of channels flowing in and out of the work area?
Ans wer #5: NO
Question #6: The quantities in the Planting Schedule on Sheet L-502 contradict the quantities in the bid sheet (Bid Item Nos. 005AA & 005AB). Please clarify.
Ans wer #6: These items and quantities have been revised in both the bid schedule and Sheet L-502. For further clarification, here is the breakdown:
Bid schedule Item 0005AA Low marsh plants = 140,160 Sheet L-502 Low marsh plants: 125,780 +14,380 = 140,160
Bid schedule Item 0005AB High marsh plants = 140,920 Sheet L-502 High marsh plants: (14,380 x 2) + (28,040 x 4) = 140,920
RFI S ET #9:
Question #1: Re the seed mixtures in Section 32 92 19.2.1.3, please provide clarificat ion on the seed quantities. The species for the Warm Season Grass Mix port ion only add up to 85% (and the 25 lbs/acre application rates do not calculate to the listed percentages for each species). Also, there are no percentages listed for the Individual Species.
Should the individual species listed be equal amounts (all are listed at 21 lbs./acre) to comprise the remaining 15% of this mix? Please advise.
Ans wer #1: SECTION 32 92 19 SEEDING Specifications have been revised
Question #2: Bid Item 5AB has the quantity as 163,240 but the Specificat ions have 163,280. Which is correct?
Ans wer #2: The number of high marsh plants (Bid Item 5AB) is 140, 920. Sheet L-502 has been revised to reflect this change.
Question #3: Spec. Section 32 92 19.3.2.3.1 Straw Mulch has the application rate as 70-80 lb per SF. This is clearly incorrect since that would mean 1525 tons per acre. Please verify this applicat ion rate is incorrect.
Ans wer #3: Th is paragraph has been revised to omit a weight per square foot. The per-acre rate of 2 to 3 tons per acre is correct.
RFI S ET #10:
Question #1: What depth is the Contractor required to grub under bid item 0004AA?
Ans wer #1: Specifications have been amended. Required depth for the combined activ ities of stripping and grubbing in total is 9 inches across the whole site expect for those areas with NON-HAZARDOUS MATERIAL WITH REGULATORY EXCEEDANCES, where the depth shall be 18 inches, Question #2: Is bid item 0004 not being used?
Ans wer #2: Item 0004 is the heading for a CLIN group and is not being used.
Question #3: Please confirm bid item 0005 is not being used.
Ans wer #3: Item 0005 is the heading for a CLIN group and is not being used.
Question #4: Please confirm bid item 0006 is not being used.
Ans wer #4: Item 0006 is the heading for a CLIN group and is not being used.
Question #5: Can b id item 0002 Herbivory Fence be changed to Lineal Foot?
Ans wer #5: Units for the above items will not be changed.
Question #6: Can b id item 0004AB Disposal of non-hazardous material be changed to CY or by the ton? How does the contractor quantify this item if it is bid by the acre?
Ans wer #6: Units for the above items will not be changed. Bidders shall use their own professional judgment in any conversions.
Question #7: Can b id item 0012 be changed to CY or by the ton? If not how does the contractor quantify this material?
Ans wer #7: Units for the above items will not be changed. Bidders shall use their own assumptions in any conversions.
Question #8: Can b id item 0013 be changed to CY or by the ton? If not how does the contractor quantity this material?
Ans wer #8: Units for the above items will not be changed. Bidders shall use their own assumptions in any conversions.
Question #9: Can bid item 0014 be changed to CY or by the ton? If not how does the contractor quantity this material?
Ans wer #9: Units for the above items will not be changed. Bidders shall use their own assumptions in any conversions.
Question #10: Why are the two b id items – 0012 and 0013 both being presented? Aren’t they essentially the same?
Ans wer #10: The activ ities are the same. Both are optional items that are same as base bid item 0004AB and are included to address uncertainties and possible variat ions in the final quantity of this item
Question #11: Why are there numerous bid items (0015 and 0016 with two d ifferent quantities), (0017 and 0018 with two d ifferent quantities), (0019 and 0020 with two different quantities) and (0021 and 0022, also with tow different quantities) ? Are some of these items being deleted?
Ans wer #11: These optional bid items are here to address uncertainties and possible variations in the final quantity of the item. Each group is identical to a base bid item. These items will not be elted but, as options, may not be exercised.
Question #12: Can the bid date be extended?
Ans wer #12: Bid Opening has been rescheduled to March 29, 2017
RFI S ET #11:
Question #1: The disposal facilit ies can’t give me quote because the non-haz referenced in bid items 0004AB, 0006AC, 0012, 0013 and 0014 lacks sufficient information to provide pricing. Please provide the waste classification codes or categories for the bid items listed above.
Ans wer #1: There are no waste category codes that would or could be applicable to this project. The soil being excavated/moved has varying levels of contamination. The levels of contamination present will determine what classification it will be labeled. Those classifications are "Clean", "Clean but non-
Non-hazardous" and "Hazardous". These classifications are determined from collecting soil samples. Only after soils samples collected and laboratory analyzed will a waste classification designation be applied to the soil. See sampling results in the FBO within the Specs.
Question #2: Is this non-haz waste lead or PCB impacted, if so at what levels?
Ans wer #2: See sampling results in the FBO within the Specs.
Question #3: Is any of the waste disposal considered RCRA hazardous?
Ans wer #3: Technically th is soil is not from an identifiable manufacturing/industrial process. We are using RCRA metals list because it is a standard in the method of identifying metal levels in soil. See sampling results in the FBO within the Specs
RFI S ET #12:
Question #1: Note 3, G-102 refers to stripping the top 6” to 18” of vegetative material. G-201, Legend, refers to existing grade after removal of 9” of clearing and grubbing. 9” of stripping is approximately 31,000 cubic yards:
• Does the contractor assume 31,000 cyds of excavation and disposal?
• In what item is the disposal of this 31,000 cyds of material?
• If more than 9” of stripping is required (18”), how does the contractor get paid for this additional excavation and disposal?
• Regarding the stripping soil (31,000 cyds) to be disposed, how is this soil classified: clean, impacted, contaminated, non-contaminated, non-hazardous, etc.. ? Can any corresponding analytical data be provided?
• Can a separate PER TON disposal price be established for this 31,000 cyds of disposal?
• Is there any analytical testing requirements, if so, at what frequency for the 31,000 cyds of disposal?
Ans wer #1:
• Specifications have been amended. Required depth for the combined activit ies of stripping and grubbing in total is 9 inches across the whole site expect for those areas with NON-HAZARDOUS MATERIAL WITH REGULATORY EXCEEDANCES, where the depth shall be 18 inches. Assumptions should be based on this depth.
• Disposal of this material included in Payment Items No.0004AA, No.0004AB (Base Bid) and Optional Payment Items No. 0012 through 0014
• Specific areas ind icated in the plans were found to material with regulatory exceedances. Testing results have been provided.
• No separate bid item will be established
• The Contractor is responsible for all testing associated with determin ing appropriate disposal.
Question #2: After the removal of the 9” of clearing and grubbing soils, the site grading will commence. Note 1, C101 refers to the contractor grading to final elevations minus 6-inches. Our takeoff indicates this excavation is 20,000 cyds and a corresponding 11,000 cyds of fill:
In what item is the excess 9,000 cyds of excavated soil disposed in?
How is this soil classified: clean, impacted, contaminated, non-contaminated, non-hazardous, etc? Can any corresponding analytical data be provided?
Can a separate PER TON disposal price be established for this 9,000 cyds of disposal?
Is there any analytical testing requirements, if so, at what frequency for the 9,000 cyds of disposal?
Ans wer #2: Expect for the material covered under payment items 0006AB, 0006AC, Optional items 0015 through 0022 and material to be disposed covered in SECTION 02 23 10 CLEARING AND GRUBBING EXISTING VEGETATION AND DEBRIS, all material shall remain onsite. As noted above, Low marsh, transition zone and high marsh elevations must be graded to design elevations. These area should therefore be graded to design elevations less 6 inches, using excavated materials suitable for onsite placement as necessary. Upland areas designated for regrading may however vary in final elevations. If less (or more) excavated material than anticipated is available after the grad ing of low marsh, transition zone and high marsh, the contractor shall adjust the final upland elevations and grades in consultation with the COR.
RFI S ET #13:
Question #1: Per the following specification section, the quantity of cut and fill does not include removals required under clearing and grubbing activities. Clearing and grubbing activities will require the removal of 18 inches or more where phragmites or knotweed are present. Our calcu lations indicate that a large amount of material will need to be imported to achieve final design grades. However, there is no material specificat ion for imported fill materials, other than for the clean sand layer. Can you provide a specification for this material or clarify whether or not the Corps anticipates the need for imported fill materials?
Ans wer #1: Importing of fill material is not anticipated. Specifications have been amended. Required depth for the combined activ ities of stripping and grubbing in total is 9 inches across the whole site expect for those areas with NON-HAZARDOUS MATERIAL WITH REGULATORY EXCEEDANCES, where the depth shall be 18 inches.
Question #2: Security Gates: The haul road specification mentions rolling gates while the fencing specification, submittal log and material specifications detail swing gates. Can you clarify the type of gates required?
Ans wer #2: Specs section 01 57 35.00 para 1.5.1 Haul Roads has been revised to indicate double leaf gates rather that roll gates.
Question #3: Specifications require the daily inspection of silt fence. The erosion control specifications state that removal of silt fence follows the installation of permanent erosion control measures, but the payment description indicates that the fence will remain during the warranty period. If the fence is required during the warranty period is the daily inspection and maintenance required?
Ans wer #3: Spec section 02 36 80, Silt Fence, para 3.2, Maintenance, has been revised to remove the reference to permanent erosion control measures.

Question #1: Contract specification Section 31 00 10: Clean Sand Imported.
Based on our extensive inquires with in NYC METRO area, it appears contract specified "sand" is not available within 100 miles of the project site.. Please be noted that Sand gradation (poorly graded sand- requiring over 70% medium sand) is not naturally available (unavailable both land mined sand or sea sand). Enclosed several gradations provided by the sand suppliers in the area.
We are concerned that sand specified need to be manufactured (thereby exponentially increasing material price).
None of the suppliers are willing to commit to a firm price at this time. We recommend agency to review the situation and provide us with a direct ion, Ans wer #1: Specifications have been revised to reflect locally available gradations.
Question #2: Contract specificat ion Section 32 92 19 Seeding - 3.2.2.1 Hyrdroseeding
Specification indicates using 25 lbs/Acre marit ime scrub shrub mixture and 2 lbs/acre individual species seed for hydroseeding operations. Specifications does not mentioned any type of "species"? Does it mean 2 lbs of wildflower mix /acre? Please clarify.
Ans wer # 2: Specifications have been revised. Rates refer to those indicated in SECTION 32 92 19 SEEDING Paragraph 2.1.3 Permanent Seed Species and Mixtures.
RFI S ET #15:
Question #1: Do you have borings showing the type of material that is existing?
Ans wer #1: A ll testing and logs are provided in section 00 90 02
Question #2: Can you define what vehicles have to stay on the temporary marsh mats?
Ans wer #2: The purpose of the marsh mats is to distribute the weight of the vehicle over a larger surface area so that the vehicle does not sink in the saturated soil or cause damage and rutting to the marsh surface. Any vehicle that does not sufficiently d istribute its weight on the surface of the marsh and would cause damage must stay on the marsh mats.
Question #3: Once the sand is placed can you use a Gator to move plants around the site?
Ans wer #3: See response to Question #2 above. If the vehicle sufficiently distributes its weight over the marsh surface so as not to cause damage, then such a vehicle may be used.
Question #4: Under clearing and grubbing we have to remove 6"-18" over the site. Are we to assume this is not contaminate?
Ans wer #4: Specifications have been amended. Required depth for the combined activ ities of stripping and grubbing in total is 9 inches across the whole site expect for those areas with NON-HAZARDOUS MATERIAL WITH REGULATORY EXCEEDANCES, where the depth shall be 18 inches. There is no material that has been classified as contaminated. The Contractor is responsible for all testing associated with determin ing appropriate disposal
Question #5: The soil testing that's in the specs is that for the 18,000 CY of excavation?
Ans wer #5: Boring locations are provided in the specificat ions
RFI S ET #16:
Question #1: Can you provide the XYZ coordinates of the existing site?
Ans wer # 1: Survey data for the site will not be provided in XYZ format.
