The Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) requires collection of Past performance Information (PPI) on AE contracts and IDIQs at the task order. The system collects and manages past performance data. Effective 1 Apr 2007 ACASS is now a module of DoD’s CONTRACTOR PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT REPORTING SYSTEM (CPARS). Architect-Engineer PPI data shall be entered in the Architect-Engineer Contract Administration Support System (ACASS) module via CPARS. Both the contractor and government personnel are responsible for inputting PPI data. Performance evaluations prepared in ACASS are transmitted to the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS). For specific details and guidance in use of the system, contractor is directed to https://www.nwp.usace.army.mil/ct/I/home.asp. This links the contractor to the Portland District Contractor Appraisal Information Center (CAIC). CAIC is the primary center to assist both the contractor and government personnel in using the system.

GENERAL NOTES:
Topographic Mapping was compiled by Aerial Methods from photographs dated 3-28-86 and field survey from 1991 with additional field survey and edits in 1996, 1997 and 2004. See Topographic Survey Sheets 1 through 7.
The grid system is referenced to New Jersey Plane Coordinate
System (NAD 1927).
The vertical Datum is referenced to the National Geodetic
Vertical Datum (NGVD of 1929).
Existing utilities shall be protected by the contractor during construction.
All cross sections are shown looking toward increasing stations unless otherwise indicated.
All exposed concrete corners shall be chamfered one inch unless otherwise noted.
Clear within work limits, except as noted. Clearing will be kept to a minimum within private yards.
