About this file

This is a transcript from an Industry Day event held on January 23, 2025, discussing a temporary stables facility project at Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall for the Old Guard Caisson Detachment. The discussion covered technical requirements including stall specifications, drainage systems, flooring materials, and building construction details.

Key details discussed included: the need for kick-proof stall panels with minimum 6-foot height walls, drainage requirements with sloped flooring to direct waste to aisle drains, a preference for stall mats or rubberized pavers over polyurethane flooring, and requirements for a matching historical facade to be determined with outside agencies. The facility will include a 10,000 square foot stables with 26 horse stalls, a 500 square foot storage structure, and a 4,200 square foot office space for 20 personnel. The project has an expedited timeline targeting April completion, with no public access planned except for select visitors. The Corps of Engineers indicated they would begin contractor meetings immediately following the Industry Day event to move quickly toward award selection based on proposed solutions rather than just pricing considerations.

Industry Day Event Day 1 - TOG Temporary Stables- 20250123_111722-Meeting Recording

January 23, 2025, 4:17PM 35m 37s

White, Paul M CIV USARMY CENAB (USA) 0:04 We know that.

Cully Neal 0:04 Yeah, yeah.

White, Paul M CIV USARMY CENAB (USA) 0:06 Yeah, go ahead.

Cully Neal 0:07 No, go ahead. I'm sorry.

White, Paul M CIV USARMY CENAB (USA) 0:09 Well, we know based on codes that this, I mean this is constructed basically to last because it has to be there at least three years.

Cully Neal 0:16 Hmm.

White, Paul M CIV USARMY CENAB (USA) 0:16 What? What did you mean by this question?

Cully Neal 0:18 Guess what I was meaning by.

I noticed in the draft so that it discussed a matching historical facade.

So would that be considered more permanent other than like a metal exterior?

White, Paul M CIV USARMY CENAB (USA) 0:34 Yeah, this this is something we need to refine on the core side in terms of what CFA and NCPC would expect, because it is, it is temporary and we know the urgency for this project, for the old guard to achieve the mission. But there may be some a.

Aspects but.

We're hoping it's not going to be like, you know, brick or stone or anything like that.

Cully Neal 0:55 Right.

White, Paul M CIV USARMY CENAB (USA) 0:55 It is a temporary building, so we're thinking it'll end up somewhere in the middle where it's going to be a barn. That looks nice, but you know is not.

Cully Neal 1:03 Right.

White, Paul M CIV USARMY CENAB (USA) 1:05 Major construction, but this is to be determined and it'll be defined in the performance work statement.

Cully Neal 1:13 Thank you very much.

White, Paul M CIV USARMY CENAB (USA) 1:16 We talked about the tents.

No. Yeah, not having tents.

Is stick built on a suspended slab being considered?

Pole Barn type well pose significant lateral loads from the poles and peers.

What is suspended? I'm not familiar with suspended slab.

Can someone?

Sean Goldsmith 1:37 Yeah. So there's a. Yeah. I'm. I'm, I'm on here.

White, Paul M CIV USARMY CENAB (USA) 1:38 Shawn, if you're.

Sean Goldsmith 1:40 I'm sorry, I'm just replying because that was my question.

I've used a company called Metwood.

They manufactured like Abe Beans and they have holes already in them.

So you can run plumbing through them and they would be able to be mounted to directly to the helical Piers if that's what the foundation type is selected as. And then you put a steel decking and you pour the slab on top. So that would get rid of.

Some of the that would get rid of one of the membranes at least.

You still have the rubber flooring, but it would get rid of the membrane.

It would be much more durable.

So just a thought.

White, Paul M CIV USARMY CENAB (USA) 2:13 Is that like?

Wilson, Peter H CIV USARMY CENAB (USA) 2:14 Do you know what the typical spans are? Sorry, Paul.

White, Paul M CIV USARMY CENAB (USA) 2:16 A.

Sean Goldsmith 2:17 Yes. Yeah. So for that load rating, you could easily span.

Probably 2024 feet so.

White, Paul M CIV USARMY CENAB (USA) 2:27 So it's it's structural composite deck, not like form deck.

Sean Goldsmith 2:31 Correct. Yeah, I would use.

I would probably recommend 2 inch decking, 4 inch lab, something like that.

White, Paul M CIV USARMY CENAB (USA) 2:38 Yeah. You're gonna like 10 1/2.

Sean Goldsmith 2:38 Maybe have a 5 inch slab slope to four.

Something to that so.

White, Paul M CIV USARMY CENAB (USA) 2:42 Yeah. No, thank you.

That's a good comment.

I guess to follow on that.

Do you have lead time issues with procuring those materials?

I know decking and steel can be sometimes hard to get.

Sean Goldsmith 3:02 The manufacturer that I was referring to right now, they they stock up a bunch of the decking. I'd have to check on this quantity, but they stock several 1000 square feet typically and they can manufacture the beams. It just really depends on.

The the spans.

I mean nothing's custom.

This would be pretty much cookie cutter.

You know, it's rinse and repeat so they can manufacture the beams pretty quickly. As a matter of getting the decking.

And fortunately, there are multiple suppliers for two inch form deck so.

White, Paul M CIV USARMY CENAB (USA) 3:28 Yeah.

Yeah. OK.

Thank you.

The next one talking about kick kick proof stall panels.

The old guard could chime in on this.

Please I we understand these need to be more kind of permanent type stalls.

These are not going to be the stalls that are at like the County Fair that are very flimsy. But when you say kick proof.

I guess is there a more like prescriptive requirement to that or and I'm not familiar with like stall manufacturers. If maybe that is something they put on their spec sheet that they're kick proof.

The old guard, could you chime in on that?

Draper, Derrick S LTC USARMY 3 US IN REGT (USA) 4:11 Yeah, this is Captain Doroni.

I'd be happy to chime in on that.

So I guess bottom line is these are heavy carriage horses and for all the horse people in the room know that these.

This particular size of horse is is hard on their living environment and so kick proof. I think there are two main concerns.

The first concern was the material of the stall walls.

We've got Pires, we've got kickers, we've got all kinds of of things. And so our concern is we, we don't want any sort of material that is is going to let a foot go through it.

Or or is just not going to hold up to kind of normal wear and tear that we would see in like draft horse barns. The second piece on the kick on the kick proofing had to do with how the stall partitions are secured.

There were some previous discussions on whether or not it would be acceptable to have like partitions at Interlochen don't necessarily affix to any sort of beam or column structure.

We're not necessarily against.

Like either method of securing the stall partitions, but we just did want to make it very clear that these are heavy draft animals going in the stalls and any solution for connecting the stall panels, whether to each other or to the structure. You know it's gonna be met.

With.

Some contention by the animals housed in it.

I can clarify more, but I I think that's where our head was at.

White, Paul M CIV USARMY CENAB (USA) 5:42 And I'd be interested to hear from the the vendors who have experience with Barnes and.

Do the interlocking stalls that are not secured like to the you know, the building walls themselves?

Are they secure enough for these draft horses to last three to four years?

Chris Wilhelm Pole Building Outfitters 6:05 Hi, it's Chris with Bob and Outfitters.

Yes, we could do the stall partitions where they're very similar to what you already have in 36 and 2:33.

The they would connect to the exterior wall of the structure, but they would all be bolted together. There would be no other fastening needed to the floor or anything like that.

White, Paul M CIV USARMY CENAB (USA) 6:28

OK.

Thank you.

Should we just go through the hands up now?

I guess, Tom.

Tom Irwin.

Tom Irwin, StantonEng 6:37 Yeah. Thanks.

Just a couple code questions. Sounds like you might have lost video, but I just wanted. I ran back through NFPA 150 since I guess that applies because all EU Cs are applicable.

So one question was for the separation between.

Stable buildings and the other buildings.

It looked like they were pretty close on kind of the conceptual site plan or. Or did it have like that 30 foot separation required by an FPA 150?

If not.

White, Paul M CIV USARMY CENAB (USA) 7:08 Yeah, the.

Tom Irwin, StantonEng 7:10 They have the space on site for that.

White, Paul M CIV USARMY CENAB (USA) 7:12

We're aware of the 30 foot separation, so the site plan that comes out in the performance work statement will show the 30 feet.

Tom Irwin, StantonEng 7:21 OK. And then the other one was for the contextual site plan for the barn.

I saw like some doors that had identified as side hinge.

There's generally the the 100 foot travel distance requirement for erecting the facility.

I was wondering if the anticipation was that the the doors that were kind of on the plants play North Plain South were also anticipated to be egress stories to try to meet that 100 foot.

Travel distance for emergency purposes.

White, Paul M CIV USARMY CENAB (USA) 7:51 Tom, hi, this is Chris Turdano. Yeah.

Tom Irwin, StantonEng 7:54 Hey, Chris.

White, Paul M CIV USARMY CENAB (USA) 7:56 Patty. So yeah, we were just getting started with with that drawing as you indicated and and that is correct, NFPA 150.

Indicates maximum travel distance of 100 hundred feet.

So those two doors on each end or obviously far in excess of the 100 foot requirement?

And additional side hinge doors will be required.

To be in compliance with NFPA 150, even though they are not specifically shown on that drawing.

Tom Irwin, StantonEng 8:36 That was it for me. Thanks.

White, Paul M CIV USARMY CENAB (USA) 8:41 OK, Randy.

Randy, Coffman Barns 8:45

Yes, question for the drainage of the stalls to the main drains in the aisleway. What is your expected slope percentage that you're gonna be asking for to be able to wash out these stalls?

And direct that to the main drains.

White, Paul M CIV USARMY CENAB (USA) 9:07 I know that depends. If we end up with a concrete deck or some other material like wood so.

That'll be prescribed.

We haven't determined it yet, but I expect minimal slope just slope to drain.

Randy, Coffman Barns 9:26

OK.

Yeah, most stall systems are built square for level application, so just wanted to see if there's anticipated slope that has to be.

Acknowledged here and designed for.

White, Paul M CIV USARMY CENAB (USA) 9:44 I know in the old guard's existing stables there are not floor drains. In every stall there are concrete slabs in the stall. So.

Captain Massa or captain Dormany. Do you know if when they wash down the existing stalls, it sloped out to the to the aisle there?

Or did they have to squeegee?

Draper, Derrick S LTC USARMY 3 US IN REGT (USA) 10:07 Yeah. Nope, that's correct.

It's it's sloppy, it slipped forward.

So we've had no issues with.

The being able to to properly drain after cleaning just using the aisle drain points.

White, Paul M CIV USARMY CENAB (USA) 10:24

OK.

Thank you. We'll go.

We'll go to Adam's question and then or comment and then back to the. We'll try to run through the rest of the questions after. Adam.

Larrimore, Adam J CIV USARMY CENAB (USA) 10:35 This question is just for the the contractors on Adam Larimore with the the Corps of Engineers Construction division.

Just curious for the temporary construction trailers, modular trailers for you folks.

We're trying to get a size for Aaron to see if we can squeeze it in inside the the site boundary for I'm trying to get a.

What are your guys thoughts are on like an office trailer that will support a about 5 people with a conference area just for planning purposes.

This is open up to anybody.

Lance Herrman 11:07 You mean availability of something of that nature?

White, Paul M CIV USARMY CENAB (USA) 11:08 You're asking what? What size?

Lance Herrman 11:13 You need size or availability.

Larrimore, Adam J CIV USARMY CENAB (USA) 11:13 Come again, thighs.

White, Paul M CIV USARMY CENAB (USA) 11:13 Both availability and cost.

Lance Herrman 11:19 Pretty much their standard product and I you probably need a 24 by 60 to support something of that nature.

Larrimore, Adam J CIV USARMY CENAB (USA) 11:29

OK.

OK, so worst case scenario.

Conversations with the installation and the customer can't support a modular typical construction trailer. If an option was proposed to utilize the office building as shown on the screen.

How? What is the typical availability and timeline to construct that to utilize for?

The the contractor's construction management effort.

White, Paul M CIV USARMY CENAB (USA) 12:06 So that's like a 3500 square foot trailer.

Lance Herrman 12:11 Umm.

It has to be manufactured new.

You, I mean, of course my manufacturer takes them offline. That size building in a day, but it's just securing the line time.

So you're probably looking at about 3 weeks to to do that.

But now if it's a used product, we just have to search our inventory.

Larrimore, Adam J CIV USARMY CENAB (USA) 12:41

OK.

Last question, easy question.

Availability of Wi-Fi do you also can supply your own Wi-Fi? If you can't get connection to the installation's Internet?

Lance Herrman 12:58 You mean during the construction phase?

Larrimore, Adam J CIV USARMY CENAB (USA) 13:01 Correct. Yeah. For your for your efforts.

Lance Herrman 13:04 Typically the loud.

I mean pass that we use hot spots for our drop trailers and workforce.

Larrimore, Adam J CIV USARMY CENAB (USA) 13:13 That's what I figured.

Just just asking, OK.

That's all I got, Aaron.

Sean Goldsmith 13:15 Could you?

Could you use Starlink?

White, Paul M CIV USARMY CENAB (USA) 13:21 Yes.

All right.

Thank you.

Gonna run through.

Oh, go ahead, we this is Christy's with the Corps of Engineers.

We have utilized Starlink on some of the installations in the area.

We can confirm that with the installation that there's no prohibition in that general area, but it is something that we have utilized as well.

Sean Goldsmith 13:46 Thank you.

White, Paul M CIV USARMY CENAB (USA) 13:46 OK, we're gonna finish running through the questions and then we'll go back to the hands up. Where will hay feed embedding be stored?

We talked about that the pallets and things will be in the storage, but the old guard will those storage stalls in the barn.

Also have pay feed embedding.

Draper, Derrick S LTC USARMY 3 US IN REGT (USA) 14:11 Are you?

Are you so every everything labeled as a stall should be outfitted with the of a stall.

We'd make any changes that we needed to outside of that scope.

And just to clarify, those like storage areas and like the wash rack type of area, we we definitely don't need outfitted installs.

White, Paul M CIV USARMY CENAB (USA) 14:35 OK. But would you store the question was will you store?

Where will you store hay feed embedding?

Draper, Derrick S LTC USARMY 3 US IN REGT (USA) 14:42 We we do not require.

Yeah, we don't require any pay feed betting storage in any of the buildings that we're that we're asking to get put up on the site.

The simplistic answer is we've already made arrangements to have like container type storage outside the perimeter fencing.

White, Paul M CIV USARMY CENAB (USA) 15:05

OK.

Draper, Derrick S LTC USARMY 3 US IN REGT (USA) 15:05 Be using.

White, Paul M CIV USARMY CENAB (USA) 15:07 Great, thank you. Andrew McGinn asked.

Is it possible to send the presentation out after industry day so the slides will be posted?

I I won't be able to post.

Those slides will be posted on the sam.gov listing the video. We're not able to share.

How is manure?

That's a good question.

We didn't talk about that on the on the site plan outside of the perimeter fence of the of the campus.

We do show like an area for the dumpster and the roll off, so it's in the top corner.

It's hard to see there, but it's going to be outside the fencing and the old guard has arrangements for, you know, a maneuver service to come.

They just wheelbarrow and shovel everything over to the roll off and then just a normal trash dumpster that'll get emptied by.

Umm the base contract?

As the budget requirement been established, can you provide the range that was referencing the far? I think the was it the the detours magnitude is.

Yeah, and we'll clarify that slide before sending it out, yeah.

With desire for conditioning is insulating the building envelope.

We, Tim. Yes, it's possible.

The envelope will need to be insulated, right?

Wheeler, Timothy A CIV USARMY CENAB (USA) 16:34 Yeah, that's correct.

We're still looking into it, but we are figuring that there's gonna be some sort of insulation on the walls in the envelope.

White, Paul M CIV USARMY CENAB (USA) 16:42 Soil conditions we talked about that the Corps of Engineers geotech has historical.

Like historical data from previous projects all around this project site. So.

The information that the contractor needs will be would be included in the the scope documents.

The fencing.

Yeah, we did talk about that already.

That it probably needs.

Disturbance. Because of the height for wind loads and everything and that's it's solid.

Yes, they the the old guard could mount horses within that fenced perimeter, but they would hitch the wagons to the the group of six horses in the drive lane. That's like to the north of the site, the horizontal, like Dr. Aisle.

That's that's where they would actually hitch the wagons with the with the number of horses that they hitch up.

OK.

Intermittent scheduling are Steven, are you asking about working at night and weekends?

I think this would be normal work week daytime work.

Anyone can correct me if I'm wrong.

In a construction project, they can get approval.

You know, if we did it as construction, if we have aaco, they can get approval to work out an alternate schedule.

I would say, given that they have the potential to have to work around funerals or whatever that you know, make attempts to accommodate, we've got an expedited schedule.

So we'll do what we you know, we'll work around that.

Michael McGrath 18:27 I picked the question was yeah, I picked the question was more on internment schedules for the cemetery, if there was going to be any impact to the working conditions from any burials and tournaments within the cemetery. Previous work we've done there at Arlington and our Golden Gate project.

White, Paul M CIV USARMY CENAB (USA) 18:27 Accessibility require, go ahead.

Steven Grange 18:28 Perfect.

Michael McGrath 18:46 The other side of the country that is an important aspect of it that we need to coordinate.

Constantly with those teams and I wasn't sure if that was going to be an aspect here.

White, Paul M CIV USARMY CENAB (USA) 19:00 We'll we'll provide clarification as to what the expectations are.

Draper, Derrick S LTC USARMY 3 US IN REGT (USA) 19:06 Yeah, it shouldn't be a concern, Sir.

We're in joint basement. Henderson Hall. Arlington's on the other side.

You're not impacting anything.

Steven Grange 19:17 Alright, thanks.

Michael McGrath 19:17 Perfect. Thank you much.

White, Paul M CIV USARMY CENAB (USA) 19:17 Poor architect.

Thank you.

Do we have one of the core architects on the line that could speak to the accessibility requirements?

I know we've talked about how.

The barn itself, from the old guard's perspective, does not need to be ADA accessible, but.

I obviously we have to just follow the codes.

So I don't know if the architects have any.

There's no public on this site.

It's gonna have. Yeah, there. There will not be any public work.

Eidsmore, Alan D CIV USARMY CENAB (USA) 19:45 What? What?

Specifically, I mean the the office.

Office and stables definitely would have to be AAB, and I'll make the distinction ABA accessible.

White, Paul M CIV USARMY CENAB (USA) 19:58 OK. But to add to the one of the items in this question about the public tours, this temporary facility will not have public tours.

Is that right, Colonel Draper?

Draper, Derrick S LTC USARMY 3 US IN REGT (USA) 20:13 It's yes, that's correct.

White, Paul M CIV USARMY CENAB (USA) 20:14 Here.

Draper, Derrick S LTC USARMY 3 US IN REGT (USA) 20:15 The the intent is for this to not have public tours.

However, there is a likelihood that, like there will be political interest, and so I it's not completely exclusionary to having select guests walk through.

White, Paul M CIV USARMY CENAB (USA) 20:29

OK.

The minimum stall wall height is that 6 feet.

Captain normani.

Draper, Derrick S LTC USARMY 3 US IN REGT (USA) 20:45 That that caught me off guard.

Any standard, any standard height is is pretty much acceptable. If it's lower than, it can't be lower than six feet, certainly.

But, but there's no. I wouldn't say there's a maximum height.

Whatever's kind of commercially available in excess of 6 feet.

White, Paul M CIV USARMY CENAB (USA) 21:09

OK.

Thank you.

Has the dog considered APU system for their stalls wash?

Casey Snyder, could you clarify this question?

Casey Snyder 21:25 Yeah. So just a polyurethane poured system.

I know it's probably not ideal for this project given the price point and such, but.

As I know stallmats are the.

White, Paul M CIV USARMY CENAB (USA) 21:48 So this is referring to the flooring.

Draper, Derrick S LTC USARMY 3 US IN REGT (USA) 21:48 Aye.

White, Paul M CIV USARMY CENAB (USA) 21:49 You're saying, Paul, you're like cord polyurethane as the flooring.

Casey Snyder 21:54 All right.

Draper, Derrick S LTC USARMY 3 US IN REGT (USA) 21:58 I can answer this.

I'd say I'd lean on the side of no anything that reduces meaningful friction for horses like surfaces that horses are gonna track over.

We're not particularly interested in so far. Stall mats have been.

Our our primary or or like some sort of rubberized paver is, is kind of the features that we're putting into other barns. And we'd be looking to to mirror that sort of traction capability in any flooring solution in this project.

White, Paul M CIV USARMY CENAB (USA) 22:34 Thank you. Are the stall divider walls solid or is grill work required?

I think the stall partitions themselves.

We definitely need to refine Paul.

Do you mind going to the slide that showed the example stall partitions?

Oh yeah, we do expect some grill work and the like possibility for drop down or that U-shaped cut out on like the sliding doors.

Our shuttered grill openings required on the rear stall wall. Is this referencing like a louver like a window?

To be determined. Yeah, to be determined.

Historic facade photo examples.

That's gonna have to wait until we refine the requirements with the outside agencies so we know what the aesthetic of the structures need to look like.

The last through we the size of the room for up to 25 saddles and the harness items for the tack.

No, we don't need to refine that because the the old guard has indicated they're going to be storing all that inside the barn and it won't be a requirement of this contract to account for that.

In the old garden.

Correct me if I misspoke.

Draper, Derrick S LTC USARMY 3 US IN REGT (USA) 24:09 Nope. Well, that's fine, man.

White, Paul M CIV USARMY CENAB (USA) 24:12 Thank you.

OK, that got to the end of the questions, right.

No. Hands out. Yeah, I guess.

One second and then we'll be right back.

I will get to the last of the hands here and then wrap things up. Thank you all.

I'll just say it now.

Thank you all for your participation today.

It's been really good for us and we truly appreciate it. So Brandon.

Brandon P 25:22 Here integrated modular solutions.

I had a couple questions regarding the temporary office space.

It calls out for 20 personnel, but it's only called out for five enclosed offices and then five workstations, so just wanted to see kind of where the other 10 personnel are going to be housed at or or what that looks like.

White, Paul M CIV USARMY CENAB (USA) 25:45 We'll have logging into the conference room.

Yeah, I think that's what we're gonna have to clarify. Yeah, but.

I think from a life safety perspective, there's maximum of 20 persons.

Brandon P 25:57 OK, understood, understood.

On the workstations are those going to be cubicles or are they just going to be all shaped as that one open?

White, Paul M CIV USARMY CENAB (USA) 26:07 To be determined.

Brandon P 26:08 OK. Is the contractor to provide that and other such furniture?

White, Paul M CIV USARMY CENAB (USA) 26:18 Also, we'll have to dig into that because furnishing requirements is can be, yeah, don't we have to ask Allan then what the follow up procurement procurement.

Eidsmore, Alan D CIV USARMY CENAB (USA) 26:27 Yes. What was the question again?

White, Paul M CIV USARMY CENAB (USA) 26:29 It would the furniture in the in the office space be included in this contract?

Or.

Eidsmore, Alan D CIV USARMY CENAB (USA) 26:37 It it totally depends on what the installation wants. If they want furniture bought as part of the contract, it certainly can be done.

White, Paul M CIV USARMY CENAB (USA) 26:37 Does that have to go through her?

Expect it to be then.

Yeah, it probably will because that will be the path of least resistance. Yeah.

Brandon P 26:55 OK, great, great.

And then.

On that, we'll just kind of want to know on the furniture what the furniture requirements are for communications, electrical, if conference room table needs have HDMI support and then also in that conference room, how many TV's, if it's going to be more than just one on a.

Wall.

White, Paul M CIV USARMY CENAB (USA) 27:21 Copy all that.

It'll be included in the scope document.

Brandon P 27:25 Right over.

Thank you.

White, Paul M CIV USARMY CENAB (USA) 27:29 And then Chris Paul.

Chris Wilhelm Pole Building Outfitters 27:34

Do you? Sorry. Do you have a estimated award date just so we can build out timelines to make sure everything's realistic for the April completion?

White, Paul M CIV USARMY CENAB (USA) 27:43 Oh.

ASAP Rocky, we will be beginning meetings with contractors this afternoon into tomorrow.

And then having discussions and working through, you know, discussions internally, working through scope and look to award as soon as we possibly can.

Chris Wilhelm Pole Building Outfitters 28:11 Thank you.

White, Paul M CIV USARMY CENAB (USA) 28:15 It's a good segue to next steps, and tiny is gonna give a little more on that right now.

So I will be loading the slides from today.

I am hoping to separate out the transcript because I think what's really important here and and what you're looking for is the questions and responses that were given today.

So I'll try and separate that out and get it posted as soon as I can.

Please look for an e-mail.

Invite from me for attendance, for scheduling.

We're likely not able a lot of attendances from some subcontractors that if you're not already working with somebody, we can facilitate that or you can facilitate that if you need information the Subs have.

Advised release of their information to me through the survey.

So we can facilitate that if need be.

So we are looking to bring in.

As many as we can and.

Make a decision.

So what we're looking for from you is not necessarily a full solution, but enough of an offered solution that you understand what we're looking for.

So it's not so much about pricing here as it is a solution to what we're looking for in a time frame that is needed.

That's fitting the needs.

Of the old guard.

Oh yeah. Thank you.

Yeah. Again, I'll just say thank you again to ECHO that we have defined the box so to speak, that we're running around in. And we're gonna look to you to make this happen.

So some closing remarks from Darra.

Yeah. So I guess first, Miss Eller, is there anything you'd like to say before I close?

Eller, Tambour L SES USARMY MDW (USA) 30:11 I just really appreciate everybody's time.

Excellent questions to help us fine tune the scope that we're going to have to provide this important facilities and I just can't stress enough that the significance of this to be able to return to those ceremonial events back into Arlington National Cemetery as well as support the other.

Functions of the TOG is extremely important and it would not be possible without the folks on the line that joined us today to hear more about this project.

We would not be able to be successful.

So thank you for your time for the depth of your questions and we look forward to the next steps. Thank you, over.

OK.

So I I just wanna express, you know, our deep appreciation to all of the contractors, subcontractor vendors who took time out of your schedule today to participate in this industry forum.

Really overwhelming tremendous response from industry.

We greatly appreciated the only way we're going to be successful in delivering this very important project with a lot of challenges. We understand there's technical Challen.

And a lot of schedule challenges as well.

The only way we're gonna be able to achieve this is with industry. So appreciate all of the participation, the great questions, but also.

Really great suggestions for the team to kind of consider to come up ultimately with the best solution that meets the requirements of the TOG, as well as the project goals that we're trying to achieve here.

You know, as you've heard it's it's going to be a fast moving project.

This won't be business as usual. You know we're going to have to work very closely together.

To to work the best solutions and and the timeline that we have. But I also just want to really stress, you know, lots of great discussion today, but the whole aspect of why we're choosing to select A contractor is so that we can have that collaboration and that.

Engagement with our selected contractor and vendors to come up with.

A scope of work that meets the requirements and the goals of the project.

And so, you know, that's really key. While there's lots of, you know, conversations today, you know nothing is set in stone.

So we really want to continue to have that dialogue so that we come up with the best solution that's going to provide.

The needs meet the needs of the TOG. I also would say if there is some particular aspect of the requirements.

And you know, I I'm thinking more along the lines of maybe the ONM aspect or the site reconstruction aspect. If there is a particular aspect of the project that would preclude you from considering.

Continuing to be considered for the project, please communicate that to Tanya.

Ultimately, what we want to do is we want to select the best partner to work with us, to be successful in delivering this.

And so we really need to hear that if there is some aspect that that gives you concern, that would maybe impact your decision.

So please be sure to communicate that, but other than that, just I mean very, very appreciative tremendous response from industry and I'm really excited. I think you know this collective team can knock this project out of the park.

Alright. Well, again, thank you all.

I'm going to mute and turn off camera to end the meeting while we collect all the data and make sure I don't lose any information.

But thank you again for your participation and that ends our presentation.
