PREVIOUS CONTRACTS INFORMATION
QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
Questions and Answers
• Question (Q): What are the previous contract number(s) for each of the positions that are part of the solicitation?
o Answer (A): See the above spreadsheet, which includes the following: previous contract number(s), total number of years of the prior contract(s), total amount of prior contract(s), and the average amount per year of the prior contract(s).
• Q: Where is the FAR provision 52.204-24 information located?
o A: FAR provision 52.204-24 addresses the telecommunication certification requirements for vendors that engage in contract actions with the Federal Government.
The location of this provision differs depending on the solicitation but is typically found in the last few pages of the solicitation and is highlighted. Vendors will also complete their telecommunication certification when they register in the System for Award Management. For additional information regarding this requirement, see the industry-focused flyer. If vendors do not use prohibited telecommunications equipment, as described in the provision and flyer, they will indicate “does not” and “will not” in the highlighted portion of the solicitation.
• Q: Does a vendor need to return a Standard Form (SF) 1449 with their quote?
o A: The vendor will need to complete everything stated in the request for quote (RFQ) and attachments. If there is something missing, USACE will provide the vendor with an opportunity to provide supplemental information if it is advantageous to the government. At a minimum, a vendor needs to complete the reps and certs, relative experience form, and bid schedule to be considered response.
• Q: The offeror’s page asks for a CAGE and DUN number. Where do I find that?
o A: The CAGE and DUN numbers are obtained once the vendor is registered in the System for
Award Management (SAM).
