About this file

This is Amendment 0002 to Request for Quotation (RFQ) W912CN26QA0041, issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers on July 22, 2026, extending the offer due date to August 5, 2026, at 1200 hours Hawaii Standard Time. The amendment modifies the attachment table to include J02 Amendment 0001 Questions and Answers dated July 22, 2026, alongside the existing J01 Attachment 0001 Salient Characteristics for Barracks Furniture.

The RFQ solicits quotes for barracks furniture and is structured as a commercial acquisition under FAR Part 12. Offerors must submit complete pricing for all Contract Line Items (CLINs) directly on the SF 1449 form and Attachment 0001, including unit price, total unit price, and total price in U.S. dollars. Technical submissions must demonstrate that each item meets or exceeds salient characteristics in Attachment 0001 and the SF 1449 line item description, not exceeding 5 pages with 12-point font. Quoters should include specifications, pictures, brochures, product literature, or samples. Quotes must be valid for a minimum of 90 days and submitted by email in PDF, Microsoft Word, or Excel format to SSG Millicent Andere (millicent.m.andere.mil@army.mil) and Mr. Martin Celino (martin.a.celino.civ@army.mil). Questions are due by July 22, 2026, at 1200 hours HST. Late submissions will be considered only if received before purchase order issuance and the Contracting Officer determines acceptance would not unduly delay the acquisition. All quotes must address solicitation requirements, terms, conditions, and certifications, with offerors required to list any exceptions to terms and conditions.
