About this file

This is a Request for Clarifications (RFC) document for solicitation W912CN-26-Q-A041, an unrestricted acquisition with no small business set-aside that is open to all qualified businesses. The solicitation involves furniture procurement, and the government response clarifies that furniture manufactured in Turkey is subject to compliance with federal representations regarding business operations with the Maduro Regime, prohibited procurements from the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region, and Trade Agreements Certificate requirements.

The RFC addresses critical delivery and performance logistics for the furniture requirement. The vendor is responsible for unloading items from transportation containers at the government's warehouse destination, which lacks a loading dock and can accommodate a maximum of three containers per day during operating hours of Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. With an anticipated 25-30 forty-foot trailers of goods, vendors must plan accordingly for this delivery constraint. CLIN 12 pricing must include vendor-provided unloading labor. The government will not permit progress billing; payment will be issued only upon inspection and acceptance of items after delivery, with invoicing submitted following receipt.
