Questions & Answers

1) I see that the NAICS code is 541519 for this opportunity. What is the associated size standard?

A - $30M

2) Section 4.4.2 in the PWS talks to security requirements. Will the prime contractor be required to have a Facility Clearance at the time of award?

A – FCL at time of award is not required. None of the rooms in question requires FCL.

3. Can we quote for part of the requirement?

A – No. This is an all or none requirement. If you cannot perform the entire task, do not submit a quote.

4. What is the award criteria?

A – This will be awarded based on lowest price, technically acceptable quote/proposal.
