About this file
This is a Solicitation Amendment (SF 30) for a federal contract opportunity for Wiesbaden Army Airfield Crack Sealing Repairs. The procurement is being conducted using FAR Part 13 simplified acquisition procedures, with quoters required to submit three volumes: Representations and Certifications, Technical, and Standard Form 1449.
The solicitation seeks a contractor to perform comprehensive airfield surface repairs at Clay Kaserne in Wiesbaden, Germany, including crack filling, joint repair, pothole repair, and surface sealing. Quoters must demonstrate capabilities in airfield surface repair techniques, provide pre/post-inspection reports, have a dedicated English-speaking Project Manager, and complete all repairs by 31 October 2025. Technical evaluation will assess the contractor's technical approach, relevant experience, and performance risk, with quotes requiring detailed technical narratives, experience data sheets, and pricing information submitted electronically to specified Army contracting personnel.
