About this file

This document is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Wiesbaden Army Airfield Crack Sealing Repairs, solicitation number W912CM25QA001. The U.S. Army seeks a Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) to perform repair, resurfacing, and remarking services for runway, taxiways, main apron areas, and ramps at Clay Kaserne in Wiesbaden, Germany. The contract is a firm-fixed-price acquisition with a performance period from April 30, 2025 to October 31, 2025, offering multiple line items for specific repair and resurfacing tasks across different airfield zones.

The solicitation requires vendors to submit comprehensive technical and price proposals, including detailed technical experience demonstrating capability in airfield surface repairs. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for March 6, 2025, at 10:00 hours at the Clay Kaserne Visitors Center, with vendor attendance strongly recommended. Interested companies must provide specific documentation, demonstrate technical expertise in aviation surface maintenance, and submit quotes by April 14, 2025, at 2:00 PM. The government will evaluate submissions based on technical acceptability and lowest price, with options for additional repair and resurfacing work beyond the base requirements.
