Site preparation work will include utility system extensions, site preparation for the improvements, local streets and roads, a site drainage retention and storm drainage system, and site security fencing and gates. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $10 million and $25 million, with an estimated project duration of 545 calendar days. This is an unrestricted procurement with no set-aside requirements.
