About this file
This file contains Questions and Answers for federal contract opportunity W9128F26QA090 for TL Chatfield Trash Removal Service. The document addresses six key inquiries from potential offerors regarding submittal requirements, technical specifications, and post-award deliverables.
Offerors must submit a Disposal Site Authorization Letter with their initial quote to demonstrate technical capability. Standard commercial heavy-duty lid latches are acceptable for trash containers; specialized animal-resistant mechanisms are not required. Past performance documentation should be limited to the three most recent and applicable performances within the last five years, with no specific formatting, structuring, or page limitations imposed. This is a new contractual requirement with no incumbent contract. Post-award submittals include: designation of a quality control contact employee, proof of insurance for contractors and subcontractors, documentation of completed personnel security training, employment eligibility verification (Form I-9), and monthly summaries of weekly logs documenting garbage removal completion, vandalism, and maintenance issues.
