About this file
This document is a detailed Maintenance Facility Cleaning Requirements matrix for the Garrison Project, specifying comprehensive cleaning protocols for various interior and exterior spaces within an administrative maintenance facility. The attachment outlines specific cleaning tasks for 14 distinct areas, including rooms such as vestibules, locker rooms, storage areas, workshops, and exterior spaces, with cleaning frequencies ranging from weekly to annually across the basic contract year and four potential option years.
The cleaning requirements are meticulously defined, including tasks like general cleaning, trash removal, floor maintenance (sweeping, mopping, stripping, and waxing various floor types), surface wiping, fixture cleaning, window washing, and specialized area-specific cleaning such as dusting cabinets/lockers, cleaning light fixtures, and addressing plumbing and electrical spaces. The matrix provides a granular breakdown of cleaning expectations for each room, indicating precise cleaning activities to be performed at different intervals, which suggests a highly structured and comprehensive approach to facility maintenance for the Department of the Army Corps of Engineers Engineering District Omaha project in Riverdale, North Dakota.
