1. What was the awarded amount for the previous contract?

A: The previous contract was a base plus 4 option years service contract awarded in the amount of $398,525.52.

2. Who provides hand cleaner (soap) at Outside Maintenance wash basin?

A: The Government will supply the soap at the Outside Maintenance wash basin.

3. What equipment is expected for the snow removal?

A: USACE will provided the ice melt. The contractor is responsible for supplying all shovels and or snow blowers.

4. Is the current snow removal subcontracted?

A: The current snow removal is being completed by the prime contractor.

5. Clarified responsibilities regarding coordination with laundry contractor.

A: This contract will collect and distribute the rugs at the Powerhouse Facility. The Laundry Service contractor will collect and distribute the rugs at the Outside Maintenance Facility. This contract will collect all rags throughout the project for pickup.

6. How many cleaning personnel are servicing Fort Randall?

A: The current contractor is utilizing two personnel to clean the Powerhouse Facility. One employee cleans the Outside Maintenance Facility.

7. Can a second site visit be scheduled?

A: A second site visit will not be schedule due to quotes being due on 12 March 2020.
