All elements of the TAB work are addressed on this premise. When a contract is to be completed in construction phases, including the TAB work, and the DALT work, the TAB work and DALT work must be planned for, completed and approved by the Contracting Officer with each phase. An example of this case would be one contract that requires the rehabilitation of the HVAC in each of several separated buildings. At the completion of the final phase, compile all approved reports and submit as one document.
1.7.2 DALT and TAB Submittal and Work Schedule
Comply with additional requirements specified in Appendix C: DALT AND TAB
SUBMITTAL AND WORK SCHEDULE included at the end of this section.

1-0 Evaluation Concurred. a. Existing fire alarm and mass notification system panel is an EST3 panel. The fire alarm and mass notification system was installed for the entire second floor of the museum under "FY13 OMA PKG A-023, Replace Fire Alarm Panel and Install Fire Alarm System on 2nd Floor Army Museum, Fort DeRussy, Oahu, Hawaii." Under this project an EST IRC-3 fire alarm panel supervising the first floor fire alarm devices was removed. The existing first floor signaling line circuits and horn/strobe notification circuits were retained and supervised by the new EST3 panel. All of the existing fire alarm devices currently installed should be EST compatible fire alarm devices.
b. New fire alarm devices should be limited to duct smoke detectors for the new air conditioning equipment.
Where conflicts occur, notes indicate relocation of existing smoke detection or notification appliances to avoid conflicts with the air conditioning equipment. All new duct smoke detectors should be EST compatible products. Incompatible products are not acceptable. By: Tracy Tenholder; CEPOH-CT; (8088354382) On:
