About this file

This document provides details for a solicitation seeking a construction contractor to build an aircraft maintenance hangar at Soto Cano Air Base in Honduras. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Mobile District is soliciting fixed-price proposals to construct the hangar. Proposals are due no later than August 27, 2020. Offerors must provide information on their past performance history and key personnel qualifications, as well as a technical approach narrative. The evaluation will consider these non-price factors first, followed by a price analysis. Award will be made to the best value proposal based on non-price/price tradeoff. The selected contractor must provide a 15% performance bond and meet all safety requirements. Questions are due by August 19, 2020 and the pre-award conference slides provide the site layout.
