MEMORANDUM FOR RECORD MEM-0001

SUBJECT: Documentation of Pre-proposal Site Visit, Fuel Facility Replacement RGAAF, Fort Hood, Texas. RFP Number: W9126G21R0037

1. The purpose of this memorandum is to document the pre-proposal site visit for the subject project that was conducted on site at Fort Hood, TX, on Tuesday, 17 August 2021.

There were two groupings of contractors for this site visit, a 1000 group and 1300 group.

There was miscommunication for one group of contractors, they are listed last on the sign in roster since I added them in. There was also email correspondence pertaining to this as well.

We also had a group that was over 45 minutes late to the 1300 meeting but they did catch up and were able to see everything.

2. Enclosure MEM-0001-01 contains the sign-in sheet of those that were in attendance.

3. I was the only USACE employee in attendance for this site visit. There were two personnel from DPW in attendance and Flight Operations personnel that were helping with escorting onto the parking area of the field. Prospective bidders were briefed and reminded that all questions will be submitted through Dr. Checks/Projnet and no questions would be answered on site. Offerors were also told that the sign-in roster would be available on SAM.

4. USACE personnel stayed on the site until the last contractor left the site.

Respectfully, Enclosure:
