| 1. INSTRUCTIONS FOR COMPLETING THE PRICE SCHEDULE . |
| 1.1 This attachment shall remain as an EXCEL Spreadsheet. |
| 1.2 UNIT PRICE AND TOTAL PRICE: Offeror(s) shall enter ONLY the FULLY BURDENED Unit Price, as appropriate for ALL the areas for unit prices highlighted in yellow. Each corresponding total amount has AutoSum features and does not need to be edited. |
| 2. CLIN Totals: |
| 2.1 Prices for each CLIN shall be calculated and one (1) total amount shall be entered for each CLIN on Section B of the SF 1449. Failure to provide a total calculated amount for each CLIN, including Out-Years, may render the entire offeror nonresponsive. |
