About this file
This is a price schedule for a federal contract opportunity. The spreadsheet contains pricing templates for contractors to submit fixed-price bids on various contract line items. Pricing must be submitted by January 15th for professional services related to software development, help desk support, and training for three federal agencies. A single contractor will be selected by February 28th to provide these recurring services for a one year base period starting April 1st, with three optional one-year extension periods. Contractor pricing should remain fixed for the initial base year but may be renegotiated for the extension periods.
