About this file

This document is a Solicitation Amendment (Standard Form 30) for a federal contract opportunity to provide agricultural disinfectant services at Hunter Army Airfield. The amendment modifies several key aspects of the original solicitation, including extending the proposal due date from 5 p.m. EDT on 18JUN2025 to 8 a.m. EDT on 23JUN2025. Significant changes include updating the Performance Work Statement (PWS) by removing two specific clauses: one regarding equipment disinfection charges and another about quantity adjustments, and updating various contract clauses such as Wide Area WorkFlow Payment Instructions and Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services provisions.

The solicitation is issued by the Department of the Army Materiel Command Mission and Installation Contracting Command, with the core requirement being support of deployment preparation by disinfecting identified equipment with Virkon S 1% Solution at the Army Deployment Assets Concentration Center (ADACG) in Hunter Army Airfield, Savannah, GA. The contractor is expected to perform work during normal working hours (7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time), operating continuously except on holidays and weekends, with specific requirements to contain, collect, and dispose of water runoff within the application areas. The amendment emphasizes that offerors are responsible for submitting offers that reach the government office by the specified time, with pricing being the primary evaluation factor.
