About this file
This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a service requirement under NAICS code 811310. The acquisition is 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses pursuant to FAR Part 19. All quoters must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database under the specified NAICS code to be eligible for award; failure to register will result in ineligibility.
Questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted in writing via email to Jeanellia.s.payne.civ@army.mil and Christopher.w.martin24.civ@army.mil no later than 29 May 2026 at 12:00 PM CST. Quotes must be submitted digitally by the same email addresses prior to 23 June 2026 at 12:00 PM CST and must clearly identify the procurement title, solicitation number, and quoter's company name. Quoters must acknowledge any amendments posted to SAM.gov; failure to respond to amendments will render quotes ineligible. Award will be made to one contractor using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation procedures. Quotes will be evaluated on two factors: Technical Capability (rated acceptable/unacceptable based on meeting or exceeding Statement of Work requirements) and Price (lowest priced technically acceptable quote wins). The Government intends to award without discussions, so quoters should submit their best and most complete quote upon initial submission. All required RFQ provisions and items must be completed and returned with the quote; incomplete quotes may be deemed ineligible for award.
