Question #1: Estimated Workload Data is that monthly?

Answer: Yearly

Question #2: Subterranean Termite control of 5000 LF is this just inspection or actual trench and rod treatment or stations?

Answer: Termite control for a building is determined by the results of the inspection, and any treatment conducted will be based on those findings.

Question #3: Under the Clin Item Scheduled Services is that only Exhibit 3 Pest Inspections?

Answer: Yes

Question #4: Unscheduled Services is that Bird Control, Carcass Disposal, and Animal Control?

Answer: Bird control, carcass disposal, and animal control are some unscheduled services

Question #5: What is your space treatment?

Answer: Space treatment for a building will be performed based on the contractor’s assessment of whether the building requires such treatment.

Question #6: Under Item 0003 termite control is that just inspections and or treatment?

Answer: Termite control includes the inspection and treatment of buildings. Structures listed in Technical Exhibit 3 must be inspected annually, and other structures on Fort Jackson may be inspected as needed based on the condition of the building.

Question #7: Is this contract IPM (Integrated Pest Management)?
