QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
Questions and Answers Q1: I would like to submit a bid for this contract, but I don't know what the quantity to request quotes for, is this something you can help with?
Government Response: Please see the pricing sheet or Attachment 5.
Q2: Is there currently an incumbent? If so, what was the last previous contract value? In addition, for requiring access onto base for the Site Visit is a NCIC background check something I will have to inquire on my own or will that be done on arrival?
Government Response: Yes, there is an incumbent. To obtain this information, you may submit a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request via the MICC FOIA Mailbox at usarmy.jbsa.acc-micc.mbx.foia@army.mil or by mail to:
Department of the Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command Office of Counsel 2219 Infantry Post Road Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA), TX 78234-1361
Access to base for the Site Visit will be done at arrival.
