2 Is there a past performance questionnaire requirement for this solicitation?

No past performace questionnaire required because the evaluation factors are based on price IAW FAR 14.201-5.

3 The solicitation states that the bid will only be electronically submitted via email, however it also states that the Bid Guarantee must be submitted “with the bid in hard copy format.” Are we supposed to mail in only the bid guarantee to the Fort Bragg address provided? Also, will it need to be received no later than Monday, August 14th at 2:00 PM or a sooner date?

Bid guarantee is required to be a hard copy mailed to the MICC address provided. It may also be submitted electronically. The bid guarantee needs to be received no later than 14 August 2017 at 2:00PM or sooner. IAW Amendment 0001.

4 For the Price Schedule (Attachment 3), are we only required to provide a unit price (U/P) and total item bid price for the line items listed for each tab? For example, it indicates on page 92 of the “W91248-17-B- 0003_FT._Campbell” PDF that “Tab 1-Base Period: Item number 0001 through 0003”. Does that mean we only provide pricing for line items 0001 through 0003 and we disregard line items 0004 through 0016AC?

Attachment 3 has been updated to stated to reflect the appropraite item numbers required to have a U/P. See Amendment 0001

5 For the Price Schedule (Attachment 3) instructions, it states Tab 4 twice.

First as “Optional Ordering Period Year 3” and secondly as “Bid Summary”. Tab 6 should be Bid Summary right? I do not see a Bid Summary tab in the spreadsheet provided. Is there a specific format you would like the bidder to follow?

Tab 6 has been added to meet the solicitation criteria. See Amendment 0001

6 The wage determination for KY in the bid documents is Christian – KY170168 Dated: 05/19/2017 (Highway), but according to Wage Determinations On Line this determination is for building. Do you want us to use it anyway?

Wage determination updated to KY170102 dated 07/14/2017. See Amendment 0001.
