About this file
This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for advanced technical training services issued by the U.S. Army Fort Bragg (Solicitation Number W9124726QA041). The Government seeks quotations for instructor-led training courses in CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), and CompTIA Linux+, with a total estimated award value of $15,000,000 and a one-year performance period from September 30, 2026 through September 29, 2027. The solicitation includes eight line items: four course delivery services (36 Network+ iterations, 42 CCNA iterations, 40 Linux+ iterations, and 40 CKA iterations) and four corresponding certification exam voucher deliverables. All services are priced on a firm fixed-price basis with a Product Service Code of U008. The Government will award to a Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB), with a 100 percent set-aside for this category.
Quotations are due by September 24, 2026 at 12:00 PM EST and must be submitted electronically to Michael I. Birney (contract specialist) and MAJ Jacob C. Baldwin (Contracting Officer) at their respective Army email addresses. Technical and administrative questions must be submitted by September 22, 2026 at 4:00 PM EST, with answers publicized on SAM.gov. The Government will evaluate proposals using three factors: technical capability to meet agency needs and Performance Work Statement adherence, past performance including commercial market experience and prior contract history, and price, with instruction and vouchers evaluated separately. Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quotation provides the best value to the Government. Each course delivery iteration must include a 40-hour minimum with 10-20 students per iteration and provide materials, virtual lab environments, testing, reporting, and certification exam vouchers for passing students distributed within three business days.
