About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document for solicitation W9123826QA027 concerning janitorial services at Pine Flat Lake. The document addresses nine questions from potential bidders regarding facility information, certification requirements, insurance, and site visit procedures.
Key requirements include that CIMS (Cleaning Industry Management Standard) certification must be provided at the time of quote submission and can be satisfied by either the prime contractor or a subcontractor performing the janitorial services. Building schematics and layouts are not available for public release. This is a recurring requirement with a previous contract (W9123825PA013) valued at $245,600.00 for Base + Options. Site visits are permitted as the area is open to the public, though visitors are prohibited from asking staff questions. Standard Workers Compensation insurance is required. The CIMS certification requirement applies specifically to the project site regardless of California DIR registration requirements.
