Summary

This is a Register of Wage Determinations under the Service Contract Act issued by the U.S. Department of Labor's Wage and Hour Division. The document establishes prevailing wage rates for federal service contracts in California counties of Calaveras and Tuolumne, effective December 3, 2025 (Wage Determination No. 2015-5665, Revision 29). The wage determination applies to all service contract work performed in the specified geographic area and covers approximately 200+ occupational classifications organized into major categories including Administrative Support and Clerical Occupations, Automotive Service Occupations, Food Preparation and Service Occupations, Furniture Maintenance and Repair Occupations, General Services and Support Occupations, Health Occupations, Information and Arts Occupations, Information Technology Occupations, Instructional Occupations, Laundry and Dry-Cleaning Occupations, Machine Tool Operations, Materials Handling and Packing Occupations, Mechanics and Maintenance Occupations, Personal Needs Occupations, Plant and System Operations Occupations, Protective Service Occupations, Recreation Occupations, Stevedoring and Longshoremen Occupations, Technical Occupations, and Transportation/Mobile Equipment Operation Occupations.

Hourly wage rates for listed occupations range from $15.27 to $71.63, with fringe benefits required at $5.55 per hour (up to 40 hours weekly) or $222.00 per week, plus an additional $0.54 per hour under Executive Order 13706 for paid sick leave. All employees receive minimum vacation benefits of two weeks after one year of service (three weeks after five years, four weeks after fifteen years), eleven paid holidays annually, and health and welfare benefits. Special provisions include night and Sunday pay differentials for air traffic controllers and weather observers, an 8% hazard pay differential for ordnance and explosives work, and uniform allowances of $3.35 per week where applicable. Computer professionals with certain qualifications are exempt from wage determination requirements under specified criteria, and contractors must submit SF-1444 forms for any occupational classifications not listed in the wage determination.
