About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document for federal contract W9123826QA006, New Hogan Septic Service. The document provides clarifications on contract requirements for septic tank servicing at multiple facility locations.

The contract addresses maintenance of five septic tanks with the following capacities: Project Office Tank (2,000 gallons), NOB Tank residence (2,000 gallons), Maintenance Shop (2,000 gallons), Cameron Trailhead Restroom (2,000 gallons), and Dam Tank (250 gallons). All tank capacity figures are estimates based on historical data and have not been verified by actual tank drawings. Service is scheduled for one single occurrence in Option Year 4 (2030). This is designated as a brand-new contract requirement, though previous contracts for similar services existed under contract numbers W9123821P0003, W9123817P0043, and W9123813P0010. The government will not provide water for the contract operations. Contractors are responsible for waste disposal and must select their own disposal facility; no historical disposal facility has been identified or designated by the government.
