About this file

This is a specification sheet for the procurement, delivery, installation, and certification of an audiometric testing system to support military occupational health and readiness testing.

The contractor shall deliver a 6-Station Single Wall Audiometric Booth (Model CL-M6 PR) with an add-on door featuring a window, or alternatively, a Wireless Automated Hearing System. The wireless option must provide 30-40 decibels of attenuation across octave bands from 250-8000Hz and comply with ANSI S3.6, OSHA 1910.95, IEC 60645-1, ANSI S12.71, and DODI 6055.12 standards. The system includes a Primary Audiometer Package (CCA-200 Mini Audiometer with TDH-39 Headset, response switch, 12-foot serial extension cable, mounting hardware, calibration certificate, USB components, and software key); an Expansion Audiometer Package (Benson Medical CCA-200mini with similar components but 6-foot extension cable); and a BAS-200 Bio-Acoustic Simulator. For wireless systems, headsets, tablets, and software must be included. The contractor is responsible for on-site assembly and installation of the booth, integration of all audiometers and simulation equipment, establishment and verification of daily calibration references, and SR-Ambient Noise Certification to ensure compliance with regulatory and operational standards. The customer shall provide an on-site dumpster for disposal of installation waste, shipping crates, and packaging materials. Note that a personal computer is not included and must be supplied by the customer.
